Oxford Botley hotel

Very nice hotel, clean , tidy, large room ,great breakfast, helpful staff. Only 10 minute taxi to Oxford city centre. Great parking for your vehicle 100 meters from hotel.

Rooms dirty and cleaning service (on request, unless they forget your request, and make sure to request the full cleaning otherwsie they will Only change your towels) appalling, never used a vacuum and never cleaned my toilet.The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The hotel is on a byway outside the city next to a retail park, good thing is it's just 10 minutes away by bus from the train station, 15 from city center. Staff were normally useless they kept forgetting things or they tried but couldn't do much, whereas some couldn't just be bothered. Must be terrible to do a job you clearly hate. Windows cannot be opened so air in the rooms is stuffed. Doesn't come cheap either. Avoid at all costs.

Me and my husband recently stayed in this hotel. Was very impressed with customer service at check as you would expect. Food was ok but not very hot. Room cleanliness was spotless, we spoke to a staff member called Levi in the corridor who couldn’t have been more smiley and couldn’t have done enough for us even though she was busy. Thanks again and we will be back!

Friendly and hospitable staff, Seabass was good, The hotel was clean. Will revisit.

Terrible stay. The worst Premier Inn we have stayed at. Damp room with mould on the ceilings. There was a bad smell in the corridors and in the room. Found a hair in the breakfast and dirty plates served. Do not stay!
