"Needs a good deep clean"
We struggled to work out where to park initially. Could do with better signage. The self check in machines were not working. We waited 5-10 minutes until staff were free. The carpet in the corridor was very dirty. Same in the room. The bathroom was dusty, mouldy and rusty and the pillow cases were dirty and the kettle was very dusty, rusty and dirty. We did not use it even after the staff cleaned it as they had no spares. We would not stay here again due to the cleanliness. The manager Charlie was polite and very poligetic though and bought us clean pillow cases very promptly.

"Good value hotel"
Pretty much everything you’d expect from the chain, although the location was a little further from the city centre than I expected. The staff at reception were super friendly and really helpful, and there’s a decent sized bar and restaurant adjacent to the lobby. The room was a good size with large windows and my only complaint was the bathroom was showing signs of mould around the bath. Otherwise everywhere else was clean and it provided a silent night’s sleep. A good value hotel.

"Good location, comfortable hotel"
Easy to check in and out, plenty of parking making it easy to get to the hotel which is in a good location about a 20 minute walk into Oxford city centre. Room clean and tidy, comfortable bed as always. Only issue was some cooked items needed refreshing at breakfast but overall good quality and value breakfast, much better than you get in some more expensive hotels.. Staff were friendly and helpful.

"Lovely hotel"
Myself and my partner stayed at the Premier Inn for one night as we were going to Silverstone for qualifying for the morning after.
We arrived late and the lady at reception was very helpful checking us in. The room was lovely, my only slight comment being that the bathroom taps looked a bit rusty and needed updating but other than this it was perfect. Bed was comfy and we slept well. I was able to make myself a cup of tea in the morning which was perfect. Overall lovely stay and highly recommend

"Yuck, Would not use again."
We stayed in room 222 and it’s a good job it was just for 1 night. Pillows left under the bed, black mould everywhere in the bathroom, shower head and taps covered in limescale, food trampled into the hallway carpets. Yuck! No staff to be found.
On the plus side…. Easy to find with on site parking. Self check in was easy.
