    "Night stay in Chipping Norton"
As normal comfortable beds as standard at premier inn, clean rooms, excellent location for Chipping Norton. bit disappointed that you've got to pay for park these dsys, Also a nicer sachet of coffee wouldn't go amiss
    "Uncomfortable stay"
We have stayed in lots of Premier Inns and always had a great stay but unfortunately not this time. Our room, 304, was so hot! Air con was sending out hot air. We complained numerous times and kept being told the system had changed air con to heating and that they would “rebute “ it and it’ll be ok in 15 mins. It didn’t work. We had to ask for a fan in the end. With the heat & the noise from fan we didn’t get hardly any sleep for the 2 nights we were there. We had ripped towel too! They seemed very short staffed in restaurant too & we didn’t get all food at same time. Hotel is in a good location but disappointed you had to pay for parking too. Not an enjoyable stay!
    "Very Disappointing this time"
My second visit here and sadly it has gone downhill since my first visit. Car Park: despite being run on behalf of the hotel, customers now have to pay for parking, £4.50 per night. Is this a new trend and will we see it in other premises? Overnight parking is free in the town. On arrival we were confronted with both self check in machines out of order, and also the vending machine. This remained the case throughout our two night stay. We had booked a meal deal. For the evening meal many menu items were unavailable - no salads, no burgers or other grill items. No wonder the restaurant was empty! For breakfast the first day there was no bread! Yes, no bread for breakfast!! On the second day again no bread for breakfast until 9.15 when they had a delivery, but no cakes, croissants or pastries! I would say this is no reflection on the front of house staff who seem few in number and are run ragged. They try their best. It is such a shame. This Premier Inn is ideally suited for families and others wanting to stay in the beautiful Cotswolds where other Premier Inns are few and far between.
    "Recent stay in Premier Inn"
Big thank you to the staff, Marina, Zack, Kevin and Aimee at the hotel. I had a Booking issue which Marina rectified with no fuss at all, very busy hotel with Resturant in-house, book early to avoid missing out as locals eat here too. Large Car park which is £3 per night via a machine, staff can assist if you’re not sure how to use it. 2 lifts to access's all floor levels. Mobile Fun Fair came to town on the Sept 18th which closes the town centre to traffic every year so check this out to avoid delays until the weekend. Hot and Cold blown ventilation in rooms, staff will help if there is any issue so just ask, nothing is too much trouble. Thanks to Lula, Imogen, Sophie and Slav for Breakfast and evening meals
    "A Perfect Stay"
Three nights. Very clean comfortable room. Attending Cornbury Horse trials. Weather was challenging. So decided to eat in every night instead of visiting the local pubs as usual. The food was extremely good. The house wines excellent and the meal deal made it very good value. Wish we had realised the first night! All the staff were exceptional. Stuart and Keven couldn’t do enough for us. The girls were great too. Special mention for the three chefs. Was overall better than some 5* hotels we’ve stayed in…….many thanks. 🤗
