"Lovely stay"
Stayed here as was we was visiting clarksons farm shop and the farmers dog x amazing stay breakfast was lovely and the staff here are amazing so friendly. Definitely would stay again

Had a lovely stay here for a weekend visit old Turkish friends, was a really good location clean rooms and the staff were so helpful and friendly, definitely recommend for a nice easy and welcoming stay *****

"Cheap, convenient location but otherwise very disappointing"
Reasonably priced and conveniently located, but probably the scruffiest Premier Inn we’ve ever used (and we used many). The overall cleanliness of the hotel wasn’t the best, the beds were clean but tonnes of dust on all surfaces. It felt like the whole place needed a very good scrub and a lick of paint, and maybe a bit of a refurb, all the appliances were rather rusty.
The temperature in the room was unbearable at times, no matter what you set the air conditioner to. Similar case around the hotel and in the restaurant.
Luckily we were out and about most of the day, but it wasn’t the most comfortable place to sleep.
Staff were friendly and helpful though.
Premier Inns are usually our hotel of choice but we will not be choosing this one again, for sure.

"Great for families"
We had a lovely family stay at this hotel and felt very welcome. It was great to see that the hotel was well prepared for families, as unfortunately, not every hotel manages to create such a comfortable and family-friendly environment.
I cannot fault the cleaning team, and the overall service was excellent. The staff were pleasant, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the care taken to make families feel comfortable. We would happily recommend this hotel to other families.

"Fantastic stay"
Recently travelled on my own which is not something I often do but I was greeted by the hotel manager Laura and she was fabulous. She made me feel very welcome and very at ease I stayed because I was visiting some friends and family and I had an amazing breakfast lovely fresh local produce , I’m already planning my return trip 🙏
