"Won't be back."
Chose the hotel because of the location and ease of booking.
Upon arrival, immediately met with Paid parking.
Even as a guest of the hotel you must pay for parking !
Paid £195 for 1 night and then had to pay for parking.
When we went to check in its all based on a computer screen, no warm welcome. Eventually assisted by a staff member who was nice to be fair.
Once in my room, anybody outside could see directly into my room with no restrictions.
There was tea and coffee and a kettle in the room, but no bottles water. You could fill the kettle from the bathroom tap if you wanted.....
There was no soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom.
The toilet needed to be cleaned when we arrived, visibily dirty marks in the toilet.
The A.C. didnt work and no ability to open a window.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband. Great location, marvellous Hypnos mattress and pillows. Room all clean and lovely bathroom with fantastic shower. Only thing is room was hot and stuffy and window did not open at all and no air vents in window : yes thankfully the room had air con but you can’t beat fresh air. Marvellous breakfast, the chef was a young girl who cooked it and presented it all beautifully. We ate here for two evenings and the meals were lovely too. All staff very pleasant. Would recommend!

Great location- plenty of parking. Excellent stay from start to finish. Staff very helpful and professional. Rooms very clean. Restaurant food excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Please do not stay here. The rates are fairly cheap, but they are not worth it.
They advertise that they have air conditioning in all rooms, but this is not the case. The air conditioning does not work. They will offer you a fan, but it won’t help. The windows don’t open and your room will be an uncomfortable temperature.
They know this and even have signs in reception about getting a fan (omitting that they advertise air conditioning as being available in all rooms when it isn’t).
We had an extremely uncomfortable night in this hotel. If air conditioning or fresh air is important to you, I urge you to go elsewhere and not suffer at this hotel in the same way we did.

Had a great stay, room was clean and comfy, food was very good.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Stuart, credit to to the team.
Would recommend and stay here again.
