    "Would stay again"
    Great location. Our run was facing the car park and we're had a beautiful view over countryside. It was clean and comfortable. We had an accessible room and it was only a few doors away from the lift, which was convenient. We ate and had a drink in the restaurant and we're served by Kevin who made us feel very welcome.
    "The perfect base to explore the Cotswolds"
    We stayed here for two nights - a comfortable stay, staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and to the same standard as other premier inns that I have been to. This a great base to explore the cotswolds including Clarksons Diddly Squat and The Farmer's Dog pub. Car parking is not included.

    Comfortable and excellent service. Issue with payment for parking resolved by a very helpful manager after the visit.

    The chap on reception was booking guests in, serving drinks and taking food orders in the restaurant, the service was terrible

    We arrived at 15.15 to an empty reception area, after waiting for someone to help us, was told we needed book online. This was ok for us, but what if someone didn't have the facility to go away and book online. Secondly when we got to the room, there was only one set of towels, we went back to reception to be told, someone would bring some later .... they never did. Cobwebs all around the ceiling. Dirt in the corner of the bath. Door card failed to work later, could not be remedied so was given a staff card. Breakfast next morning was only luke warm, not enjoyable. Had to pay for parking. We have stayed in many premier inn hotels and this one was definitely a disappointment.

Book a room at our Premier Inn Chipping Norton hotel and you'll be walking distance from the town's medieval marketplace, museum and theatre. Or hop in the car and you're three miles from the ancient Rollright Stones.
