"A wonderful stay, a great location."
When we arrived at the Premier Inn in Chipping Norton on Tuesday afternoon, we were both welcomed by Laura. Laura is very professional and receptive to ensuring that our needs were fully met and she made our stay much easier because of her local knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble for Laura, it is a very refreshing experience for us as traveller's to be greeted with curtesy, professionalism and a great smile. I have no compunction in recommending this Premier Inn to everyone who may visit this beautiful part of the cotswolds. We have had a very positive experience here. Thank you Laura.

My friend and I have been waiting months for the weather.we booked last week to vist Premier inn in Chipping Norton.
We booked 3 Nights to visit Clarksons Farm and the Farmers Dog.
On arrival we were met by a beautiful person called Laura, who i presumed was the Manager. I cannot tell you how well we were received and treated. But I would call this first class, the room was amazing the food was excellent and the stay was amazing! Well done Premier Inn.

"Reliably comfortable and clean - great location"
Extremely handy position in town, reliably clean, comfortable and welcoming. Charged for parking which seems greedy when paying close to £100 p/n .
Unusually there was a lack of sound insulation between floors which meant we were woken when the people in the room above got up
Would stay here again for location and reliability of Premier Inns.
Although we left a phone charger behind and it seems impossible to contact them to discuss!!!

I just had to review the hotel breakfast experience - once the staff knew I had coeliac disease and needed gluten free, they couldn't be more attentive. Our table was cleaned again, freshly washed cutlery was brought, my order was taken and cooked separately in the kitchen (we could see into the kitchen from the dining room), and it was brought to me when it was ready. Not only was the breakfast delicious and cooked beautifully, I really appreciated the care to avoid cross-contamination. In 10 years, I have never been to a restaurant anywhere where I received such good service. Thank you.

"Great hotel amazing staff"
Great hotel, Laura was fantastic at breakfast looking after us all she works so hard and always with a smile. Lula was also absolutely brilliant at her job making my family her special Ice cream sundae and again with a great smile. Nice to see all staff were happy and helpful it really goes a long way. Well done Premier Inn Chipping Norton we will be back.
