"First and last visit to a Premier Inn"
The good things about our 3 night stay - the view from the window ( which we paid extra for) the comfort of the bed but that was about all.
So what didn’t we like:
Having to pay for parking
Having to ask for more than one towel
No shaver point in the bathroom
No glasses/mugs for teeth cleaning, had to keep washing out the tea mugs
No shower caps provided, and a rainfall shower so hair frequently wet
No sanitary towel disposal bags
No opening windows
No USB charging points
A small bin with a note asking for plastic, paper and glass to be left on the floor next.
Room not cleared of rubbish nor fresh mugs provided
Peculiar smell in corridors

"Great all round!"
Myself and a friend stay here every time we visit the Costwolds and we love it. Such a lovely atmosphere, with great food in a prime location. The room and in particular the bed was very comfortable, and there was an aircon system in our room which helped us through a heatwave! We were greeted and looked after by a lovely gentleman named Stuart. He was very helpful and kind throughout our stay. Looking forward to returning.

I use this hotel on a regular basis for work and always find the staff so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble so don’t be afraid to ask them. With the recent hot weather its been lovely to have the "Air Con" working so well.
Stuart, Cosmin and Mo were great in reception sorting out bookings and rooms.
Slav (Chef) at Breakfast and Lula (Chef) in the evening cook the meals, but book in advance as it does get very busy.
The location is ideal as there is ample parking on site (Daily Fee) and there are multiple shops locally to purchase items you may need Sainsburys and CO-OP. There are a number of restaurants/pubs close by as well if you need a night out with the locals, Blue Boar and Chequers.
