Chipping Norton hotel

Due to good traffic we arrived at 2pm, we had enquired if there was any possibility that we could check in early. We were informed that this was not possible, which we understood so left and returned at 3pm to be told our room was not ready. We were advised it would only be another 10 minutes and asked to wait in the restaurant and offered a hot drink. We assumed that this was complimentary as our room was not ready. The next day I found I had been charged for these. Our room was eventually ready at 3:30pm and we were in a hurry as we had reservations for dinner. In our room we found that there were only two mugs (booking was for three people) and no glasses in the bathroom. At breakfast the next morning was very disorganised, it wasn’t particularly busy, we were told to sit where we liked. There was no cutlery or sauces on the table like the others and several items of breakfast, hot and cold had ran out. These were gradually filled up but the juices were warm when filled up. We have stayed in many Premier Inns and this particular one was highly disappointing.

Modern, comfortable hotel. Smooth and friendly service. Usual selection for breakfast. It was in the middle of a heatwave, so relieved that the air conditioning worked well. Plenty of parking available on-site and overnight fee was reasonable.

When we arrived at the Premier Inn in Chipping Norton on Tuesday afternoon, we were both welcomed by Laura. Laura is very professional and receptive to ensuring that our needs were fully met and she made our stay much easier because of her local knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble for Laura, it is a very refreshing experience for us as traveller's to be greeted with curtesy, professionalism and a great smile. I have no compunction in recommending this Premier Inn to everyone who may visit this beautiful part of the cotswolds. We have had a very positive experience here. Thank you Laura.

My friend and I have been waiting months for the weather.we booked last week to vist Premier inn in Chipping Norton. We booked 3 Nights to visit Clarksons Farm and the Farmers Dog. On arrival we were met by a beautiful person called Laura, who i presumed was the Manager. I cannot tell you how well we were received and treated. But I would call this first class, the room was amazing the food was excellent and the stay was amazing! Well done Premier Inn.

Extremely handy position in town, reliably clean, comfortable and welcoming. Charged for parking which seems greedy when paying close to £100 p/n . Unusually there was a lack of sound insulation between floors which meant we were woken when the people in the room above got up Would stay here again for location and reliability of Premier Inns. Although we left a phone charger behind and it seems impossible to contact them to discuss!!!
