"Fab stay!"
We had a fab stay in the hotel. The staff were very helpful especially Laura. Would def recommend to others and will stay again in the future.

"Lovely staff 100% recommend"
Lovely staff especially that lovely woman that checked me into the hotel and let me press the call button purely because it said press and i didnt know what it does.
Very inviting and friendly place to stay and would definitly recommend for any business that needs there employes to stay overnight or familys on holiday.

"A good nights sleep, what a Joke!"
We arrived at the hotel and paid for parking and went inside to check in.
Went up to the room dropped suitcase off and went into the town for food and came back later that evening. Woke up in the night by the ventilation system making an horrific noise for which I recorded. The following morning we went down to reception and spoke to the young lady and played her the video. She said a lot of the units were old and would move us. She then gave us a key for a second room. On entering the second room this hadn’t even been made up and was still in a mess as the last occupant had left it. Back to reception and moved again!
Third room was ok but above us there was an elephant stomping about early in the morning and late in the evening!
We booked three nights and on the third night we thought we would take advantage of the 2 course meal and breakfast for the following morning. We went down to the restaurant on the last evening and sat at a table. When the Premier employee was free I approached him for two menus. He asked if we had booked a table for which I replied No. He said unfortunately there is only 1 chef and the next available slot was 20:00. The restaurant had minimal peopling it and more than half were already eating.We decided to go into town and found a wonderful Italian.
We returned to the hotel about 20:10 for which the restaurant had a few people in it and a sign saying restaurant closed.
I decided to send an email to Premier Inn to voice my issues.
Below is the response! I am a 55 year old woman who was with my husband and have no reason to lie about a restaurant being closed! Please read there response!

Thank you for your response to my email sent to you on 23/01/2026 regarding your stay at our Chipping Norton hotel on 19/01/2026.
I am sorry that you are not happy with the information provided in my initial reply and that you have asked for this to be reviewed further.
To re-cap on your original case, I can see that you did not enjoy your stay due to the disturbance caused by the ventilation unit during your first night, being allocated a second room that had not been cleaned, and the difficulties you experienced when trying to use the meal deal, including the signage indicating that the restaurant was closed.
You also raised concerns about noise from other guests during your stay. In your contact with us, you requested a refund under our Good Night Guarantee.
I have been back in touch with the team at the hotel, and they have confirmed that the issues with the ventilation noise were not reported at the time they occurred. The first report was made the following morning, at which point the team offered a room change. They have also advised that no concerns were raised regarding noise from other guests while you were in your third room.
With regard to the meal deal, the team confirmed that last food orders are taken at 9:30pm, and based on their internal checks at the time, the restaurant would not have been closed at 8:10pm.
All the information given by yourself and the hotel team has been reviewed. While I appreciate this is disappointing, I am confident that the original decision was appropriate. We will not be offering a refund for your stay, as the hotel did not have the opportunity to resolve the issues for you at the time they occurred.
At Premier Inn, we pride ourselves on ensuring our guests have a great stay every time. When this does not happen, your feedback is shared with the Management Team so improvements can be made where needed.

"Perfect stay in every way"
We had a truly excellent stay at the Premier Inn in Chipping Norton. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet and very comfortable, with a great bed and well-designed space. The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it ideal for families as well.
The location is very convenient for exploring Chipping Norton and the surrounding area. Staff were friendly, professional and always helpful, which made the experience even better.
Excellent value for money. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again.
