"You might need to take a duster with you!"
The front of the hotel didn’t look like it does in the photos I actually thought it looked shut down until we drove round the back! Checking in staff were friendly, but our room was not cleaned very well at all, it was very dusty, previous persons pubes on the wall in the bathroom. Skirting boards full of dust Couldnt open the window for fresh air And the flooring must be thin as i hardly slept with all the noise of people walking around The worst premier inn we have stayed in
"Shower filled with sewage"
Issue with drains in room 42 backfilling the shower tray kept me awake gurgling during the night . Awoke and found shower tray full of water so no shower. Told to claim back on good night garuntee only 2 be told no because I didn't let anyone know at 2am and allow them to fix the drains or move room. Lenny doesn't mention that in the tv ad.
"Pity about the new beds"
Location excellent. Unfortunately the new Premier Inn beds are no where near as comfortable as the Hypnos ones and the air conditioning wasn’t effective.
"Ok one night stay"
Staff friendly, room a disappointment, bits of loo roll still on bathroom floor, the extra pillows we needed in the sealed bag smelled frousty. Pillows way too hard it’s like laying on a concrete slab.
"Highly recommend"
A really well presented Premier Inn, I had a Premier Inn plus room and it was clean and quiet. As always great coffee machine. Staff very attentive, cheerful and helpful. I've met 4 of them, including the hotel manager, and they are all welcoming and happy to help. Special mention to night team that, due to my early bird tendency, he made a coffee for me . Thank you all for the lovely stay
