Bicester hotel

We use Premier Inn a lot and stay at various ones. I must say this worst Premier Inn we have ever stayed in. On arrival the one and only receptionist was unhelpful and maybe due to it being a hot day couldn't be bothered at all. No help or mention of booking evening meal or breakfast. We have then checked into our room which was dirty and had marks/stains on carpet and bathroom and mould. We then went to eat an evening meal at Brewers Fayre connected to Premier Inn to be told they were far to busy and had no availability and Premier Inn residents had no priority. Only way is if we had the combined evening meal and breakfast offer. That was fine we agreed to then be told it would be an hour minimum before anyone could take our order so we left. Said we would come back for breakfast in the morning. We then went for breakfast at 07:30-07:45 to be told again they were far to busy and couldn't accommodate us again due to staffing issue and it made no difference we were staying at the Premier Inn attached. We were unable to eat at restaurant whilst at our stay. When we asked to speak to manager at restaurant lady was rude and unhelpful and then receptionist stated no manager on site and to email Premier Inn if we were bothered. Very shocking Premier Inn and will not return. Rude unhelpful staff and no customer service, dirty. Poor experience avoid.

Stayed in room 46 ground floor at the end of the corridor. The rooms size was fine and clean however the bathroom had a strong smell in side like damp. There was no phone signal which I know isn’t the hotels issue but the internet was very poor I couldn’t load anything or receive texts or call using WiFi. After 5 hrs I gave in and paid for ultimate which did work so be it 10 mgb download which is shocking if this is classed as ultimate. I wasn’t even able to do any work which I had planned that evening. Disappointing stay

Near on impossible to park. The bathroom stank like raw sewage, and had someone else hair all over the floor. The reception staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. The only positive, the air con works well.

I travel around the country away every single week ! This is by far the worst service for an evening meal I have ever had !!!! Been waiting 45 mins for dinner ! (Still not here ) now complained …….. just been told only one person in the kitchen !!!!! Ridiculous Waited 10 mins for someone to seat me !

We had a premier plus room and it was so run down with chips out the furniture, headboard, walls and filthy carpet and walls we thought we’d walked into the wrong room. Could not find a member of staff anywhere. It’s all digital check in and key drop check out. The aircon was so noisy we had to turn it off and the heat was so unbearable we didn’t sleep. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel
