"Mouldy !"
This is the second Premier Inn I have stayed in 7 days that does not have a chef for the evening meal. Breakfast time was also changed from 0630 hrs to 0700 hrs. This does not help business men who have to start work at 0700 hrs. The early start breakfast was ideal.
The room was not very clean. The bathroom was just full of mould. Why would you put someone in a room in this condition ? It's not acceptable ! I am glad this was a Preier Room Plus, I would hate to think what condition the standard room would be in.
Very disappointing Premier Inn. You obviously need to sort your staffing levels out and sort your rooms out. It will only get people not to use your hotels in the future.

Great Premier Plus room 218 but let down by lack of attention to condition of the swivel chair and bed head. Bot with Faux Leather finish that was disgusting. Ripped on the one chair (the room is for 2 guests) and scratched on the bed head, both back to the fabric.

Checked in to be told there was no food available so our meal deal would be refunded due to staff shortages. As I walked into my room I was greeted by the stench of a wet dogs armpit, then the black mold started to jump out at me! Come on premier inn this doesn't happen overnight this is weeks if not months of poor Housekeeping and bad ventilation in the bathroom. I've seen b&bs at 35quid a night cleaner than this place I paid 85quid a night last week it was 190quid a night on Wednesday

"The staff were very off hand, take it or leave it."
Very expensive, we only got that price with a smart phone, booking on line. The cost for B&B was £160 plus £5 to park our car!
The night before, we had stopped in a Green King pub for £80 B &B, and it was much better.
Premier Inn was a rip off.

"What a dump!"
Awful room with a gurgling sound in the air conditioner even when only the bathroom fan was on. Awful rusty, manky shower gel holder. Struggled to get any hot water except for a brief 1- 2 seconds before it went freezing cold. I gave up on having a shower. Headed over for breakfast. No hot breakfast only continental available and the hot water for tea machine was out of order. Perfect. Never again. Not ever!
