"Faultless"
We had a weekend overnight stay. The overall experience was faultless. Comfortable room, clean, superb staff, good parking spaces and great location. Will recommend it, close the Bicester Village shopping Centre, walking distance if fancying a 10 mins walk.
"Pay for Parking!"
Usual Premier Inn standard except no aircon. Unhappy at having to pay for car park after paying for the room Staff helpful with the ticket machine
"Outstanding member of staff"
Outstanding staff going above and beyond. We checked into our room and no air conditioning and smelt of damp. Mid July But still left a 5 star review as the lady who was like a manager / night manager on 19th July at 8pm was outstanding. She got an extra fan in the room, refunded us our meal and added some snacks to the room not sure if tie snacks was out of her own pocket. The room not up to standard but the lady ( not sure her name) made sure she made it best she could with the resources she had available. PREMIER INN SHE IS A KEEPER.
"Standards are slipping"
We visit this hotel twice a year on our shopping trips to the village. The last time we stayed we noticed a few cracks with the up keep of rooms. Check in great staff really helpful we did have email prior to stay regarding A/C but thankfully it was up and running it was lovely walking into the room. There was a slight musty smell as we entered the room but we’re not fussy we only sleep in the room and are not there long enough for it to bother us but we did notice the bathroom had strands of thick black hair in the bath the gel hold was grubby looking and in between the tiles was grafted with grime. The carpet was flithy i didnt even bother to take my socks home i put them straight in the bin. We did question if we’d come back to stay here again as we feel it has slipped a-lot and also now charging to park the car its not excessive at the moment but if it did go up we would think of staying at alternative hotels.
"Good Premier Inn with excellent staff"
It's a Premier Inn, there wasn't any thing to fault, and the reception staff were amazing. Also, the air conditioning worked really well, the rooms were well maintained.
