"Nice hotel frontage, pity about the room."

This is a prestigous hotel next to Bicester Village, outwardly the hotel looks good the reception was good, you do have to pay for parking at this hotel. But in this instance the bedroom was a big disapointment, cold and with a distinct fustie / stale smell as soon as you walk through the bedroom door. You cannot open the window in this room so that may be part of the problem, no clean air. The room was also cold, and after a visit to reception and assurances that they could overide the heating it did not happen. A very disapointing overnight stay.

"Room filthy"

We have stayed here on numerous occasions for our Bicester village trip however never again after yesterday. Room was extremely dirty, pubic hair on the bed, bathroom, filthy, dirt on shelves and no hot water. Staff pleasant enough however I’d rather pay double for a clean room

"Not what you’d expect if you think you’ll get a room like the tv adverts!"

Not the Premier Inn room portrayed in the media. Room could do with a thorough clean, (including under the bed!) and some maintenance. Bathroom was tired and needs re sealing, The shower gel mount was black and mouldy underneath, mould behind door and sealant black in places. Not great. Reception pleasant and efficient, paying for parking easy enough. Would not stay here again.

"Didn't sleep due to noise."

Upgrade room stank of damp on arrival. Noisy air conditioning in room so unable to sleep. Bed head had been scratched up and damaged by previous occupants. No teabags, only earl grey or mint. Shower room looked dirty and towels not changed from previous occupants. Office chair also damaged.
