"Grotty, dirty and rundown"
Stains on all carpets throughout the hotel. Aircon turns off at night. Staircase/lift shaft area full of spiders and spider webs , windows not cleaned. Stains on duvet cover black mould and chipping/peeling paint on windows and walls of room. Now you have to pay £4.50 per day parking. WiFi patchy.
"Great value"
Stayed here whilst visiting Bicester shopping mall. Great welcome. slightly confusing directions to our room. As always room was very clean and bright. Toilet seat had been replaced with a smaller one than required. Lots of parking (subject to charge). Great value.
"Disgusting room, worse customer service."
Mattress was stained and flecked with...something. Bathroom moldy, sink wouldn't drain. Air vents throughout hotel are caked with grime. Receptionist nice but supposedly unable to process refunds there in the hotel. We left within the hour and cut our city break short. Customer Service gave not one hoot about our problem: because we refused to look at a second room, they won't refund us, despite their Good Night Sleep Promise or what the Consumer Trading Act 2015 sets out. £77 down the drain. Disgusted all round.
"Awful experience. Avoid"
Air conditioning broken no opening windows unable to stay due to the temperature.Room was well below normal standards. Damaged furniture/ mould present /staining. Response from premier inn customer service was poor. Avoid like the plague
"Lovely bed slow service"
Thanking god! the air con was working in our room!! .. the hotel was great, bed comfortable, perfect for shopping as bicester village was ten minute walk to get to so absolutely ideal. The chap who checked us in on 24/05/25 was slow and needs to be briefed about service as this is the first hotel where we stayed and the receptionist was dull. Brewers fayre breakfast was lovely.
