"Car Park Payment Problems"
Disappointed with car park situation. Contacted Premier Inn Bicester who advised me to contact Your Parking Sace . The car park operator have no contact telephone number only chatbot. When operating a hotel with car park I believe parking should be included in hotel price. I would not recommend this hotel.
"Great Stay"
Stayed at this premier inn as a last minute trip and was not disappointed. Team were very welcoming and hotel also very clean. Rooms were a good size with a comfy bed as expected. Great location for what we needed. Would definitely stay again - Thank you
"Very handy for many attractions."
Really convenient for Blenheim Palace, Bletchley Park, Oxford and of course Bicester Shopping Village. There are a few useful shops a short walk across the carpark such as Boots and M&S food for those little bits and bobs you might forget. There is also an excellent Turkish/Mediterranean restaurant on the same site if you don't fancy Brewers Fayre. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the car park can get a bit full with workers vans, but there's still ample car parking most of the time.
"Brilliant"
We went because it was my birthday and everything there was brilliant, bed was comfortable plenty of space there . Staff were very friendly and helpful
"Grotty, dirty and rundown"
Stains on all carpets throughout the hotel. Aircon turns off at night. Staircase/lift shaft area full of spiders and spider webs , windows not cleaned. Stains on duvet cover black mould and chipping/peeling paint on windows and walls of room. Now you have to pay £4.50 per day parking. WiFi patchy.
