Bicester hotel

Mould in bathroom, flaky paint in the room and the mattress was absolutely awful this was supposed to be a premier inn plus room

First room smelt damp, second room had the same issue, damp marks on the bathroom ceiling, mould on the shower curtain, there was also a brown stain, which looked like human excrement on the bottom on the chair leg in the shower (second room they put us in was an accessible one)

Stay here quite often, appreciating its location, room comfort (Premier Plus), decor, spaciousness, great shower, fridge in room, very comfortable bed giving a great night’s sleep. Regrettably, our room (202) suffered from poor maintenance issues: there were many deep scratches in the bed headboard, missing paint patches above the bed, deep scratches on the bathroom wall behind the towel rail, and what looked like shoe imprints in the carpet perhaps by bleach. Appreciate maintenance is difficult in the busy summer season, but those we experienced rather detracted from our stay.

It was in an ideal position for the Village and Bicester centre. Comfortable room, but bathroom could have been cleaner. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

We are a Premier Inn business account holder and have stayed in Premiers up & down the country this is one of the worst Premier Inns we have stayed in. On arrival receptionist looked like she couldn't be bothered at all. We used the automated screen to check in but a lady with children was waiting ages for help & assistance. The room was shabby and had marks/stains on carpet & curtains and bathroom had black mould in areas. We went to eat at Brewers Fayre across the car park to be told they were busy and had a 45 minute delay on food. The restaurant was not busy!!! Didn't bother with breakfast as found a cafe nearby that was more than welcoming. Overall it was ok as a stop off for 1 night but had I have being staying longer I would have asked to change rooms.
