"Nice and cosy hotel"
The room was not too small. I was initially concerned that there wouldn’t be enough space for my belongings, but the space was actually managed very cleverly.I’m not sure about the Twin or Quad rooms, so I can’t really comment on those.Overall, I had a good experience and would likely come back again.

"Great hotel great break"
Clean hotel good parking good location great service nice room. Nice shower good night sleep comfy bed great breakfast evening meal not so good. Have been staying there twice a year for the last two years will keep going back. Great shopping centre very near by

"Dirty disgusting disappointing"
Disgusting dirty room smelt stale and damp, one set of towels when there were 2 people staying in the room, staff said they would put another set of towels in the room. This never happened Window catch was broken. Didn't get a good night's sleep, didn't get a full refund. Premier Inn good nights sleep guarantee not worth, the paper it's written on.

"Worst Premier Inn stay we’ve experienced"
Hotel itself was fairly clean. However, on arrival we had no toilet roll in our room and noticed the bedding had holes in it.
The worst part of our stay came with the restaurant. We decided to eat on site as we had a heavily pregnant woman in our party, were tired from the journey and the restaurant was practically empty (2-3 tables seated). We enquiring about a table for 2 we were met with attitude from one of the servers about not booking in advance. As mentioned the restaurant was practically empty so didn’t see that this would have been required. Once seated we were not made aware of any delays in service. Nearly an hour after ordering, our started still hadn’t arrived so we cancelled the order and had to seek food elsewhere.
Breakfast time was no better as once we were in the restaurant the entire power for the hotel went out for 20 minutes. So now not only could we not have full access to the food and drink items we had already paid for but we were also unable to return to our room.
These issues individually could have been overlooked but having all happen as whole in less that a 12 hour period is unacceptable, having limited staffing on a Saturday evening and Sunday morning seems to be a massive misjudgment by the management team. We will not be using this hotel again

Welcome to our Banbury (M40/J11) hotel, featuring our new-generation bedrooms each featuring an impressive 40" flat screen TV, bright, modern bathroom with a large shower head, and brand new, slumber-inducing, king-size bed.
Premier Inn Banbury is a short distance from the town centre where you can see the fine lady upon a white horse (from the famous nursery rhyme) or go to the Banbury Museum. Venture further afield to navigate the Oxford Canal in a narrowboat and visit nearby Broughton Castle. Be careful not to overdo the Banbury cakes because Thyme, our onsite restaurant, will be waiting to serve you a tasty dinner.
