Banbury (M40, J11) hotel

So disappointed with the breakfast. Asked for poached eggs which were so hard they could have taken your eye out if thrown! Baked beans cold as though they’d been tipped into serving dish straight from tin! Scrambled eggs dried up. Chef’s excuse was he had a chilled delivery to put away!

Great stay at this hotel again , located in a good area of Banbury easy to park great staff always very friendly and professional , like to single out Brandon who was on reception when I was booking in .. very polite and friendly he sorted something out for me . Great food as always highly recommend this hotel

Writing this more for my experience of the restaurant in particular for breakfast which deserves a 5/5. Compliments to the chef in particular for producing a really tasty meal and the staff who were very polite and attentive. Regarding the hotel itself it's a real shame that Checkin now is automated with a touch screen rather than a welcoming smile and the more personal touch. Room was basic but comfy bed. No bottled water, had to go back to reception to buy from a machine. No phone in the room to call reception as there is no reception. Bring back the humans!!

We stayed here for one night whilst attending a nearby wedding We arrived early and went to check in to ask if we could leave our car and was told our rooms were ready This was a bonus and member of staff was very friendly We returned to the hotel very late and had a good nights sleep The bathrooms need a little tlc The hotel in general looks a little old and tired compared to some premier inns we have stayed in We had breakfast in the morning which is buffet style the cooked breakfast was nice,some off the cold items were very low or empty with staff taking a while to fill up Tables weren’t cleared very quickly we had to ask before we could sit down for one to be cleared and cleaned This was just a base close to where we needed to be

We have been regular guests for a while now to the Banbury Premier Inn (M40, J11), and on every visit all staff/team members are so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Special mention to Molly, Alex, Emma, Karina and everyone on the team who are always so kind and make our stay a pleasant one. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Every now and then we treat ourselves to a Premier Plus room, which has added extras - coffee machine, fridge, chocolates. The meal deal is very good value, with plenty of choice on evening meals and breakfasts. Friendly atmosphere. Good location with on-site parking. Our favourite Premier Inn - would highly recommend. Always look forward to coming here.
