"Feels like a Home away from Home"
We have been regular guests for a while now to the Banbury Premier Inn (M40, J11), and on every visit all staff/team members are so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
Special mention to Molly, Alex, Emma, Karina and everyone on the team who are always so kind and make our stay a pleasant one.
Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Every now and then we treat ourselves to a Premier Plus room, which has added extras - coffee machine, fridge, chocolates.
The meal deal is very good value, with plenty of choice on evening meals and breakfasts.
Friendly atmosphere.
Good location with on-site parking.
Our favourite Premier Inn - would highly recommend. Always look forward to coming here.

"Good staff; poor hotel"
Staff were good, but the hotel is very tired and needs updating. The air conditioning did not work, the shower was dirty and the soap bottles clearly hadn't been changed in aeons.

"Just What You Expect!"
Exactly what you expect of a Premier Inn! This time we opted for a 'Plus' room. Mainly because you gat a coffee maker and a fridge. Plus, a walk-in shower. (Is it just me or are Premier Inn baths difficult to climb out of?) Room was clean although the water in the toilet bowl was a bit of a suspicious colour on arrival. Plus the carpet was quite badly stained and discoloured. A particluarly nasty stain by the bathroom door! Oh, and don't forget the customary loose fitting toilet seat! However, in a world of wars and famine, these are not big issues!
The onsite Premier Inn restaurant was very good. We had excellent seabass and burger meals. (Two mains, a side dish, a pint of Doom Bar and a double G&T for £47 which we thought was good value.)
I should mention Molly, who was very helpful when we checked in. She was also very good behind the bar in the evening.

"A good nights sleep"
Stayed here on Friday, 22nd May, On arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly team member who assisted us with our check-in.
We were allocated a room on the ground floor as requested via an email we sent prior to our stay. The room was a good size with a good walk-in shower. The air conditioning worked well, and the room was nice and cool. (On the hottest day of 2026).
After getting refreshed,we headed to the restaurant where we had already booked the Premier Inn meal deal. We were again met by a helpful team member who showed us to a table. We ordered drinks and food (starter and main)
The meals were of excellent quality and most enjoyable. After a final drink, we retired for a good night's sleep.
Breakfast the next morning consisted of so much choice. We both had the full English, which was a good start to the day.
Couldn't fault our stay and would recommend 👌

"Poor CX"
Very poor Cusotmer centric approach. Almost feels unwanted. Completely inflexible any request. Even as simple as a 2nd key card was denied. Given an handicap room and when asked to change, was told that this is what was booked. Had wait for a day before it got changed.
