"Love Premier Inns!!"
My stay for fab for the value and inc breakfast. Highly recommend. Clean rooms and lovely bathroom. Love the area for a hair dryer and good lighting. It has everything you need. Love the purple lighting above the bed and just what I needed for a one night stay to meet up with family. Great location as it has a large Sainsburys close by, a petrol station and lots of fast food places to eat.
"Recommended"
We often stay in premier inns around the country and thoroughly enjoyed outlet stay in Worksop for the RHS garden show. The hotel is modern and does have usb socket by the bed which is a bonus. The rainfall shower was a delight much preferred to a bath. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The area is great with a little shopping centre just oposite.
"Dishonest room cleaners, accidentally left an item of clothing in my room and it vanished!"
Let's start with the good bits. The room was nice and modern, clean. Room service had left a welcoming present of bar of Toblerone and a warm bottle of Budweiser. I ate the chocolate, but left the beer. The breakfasts were nice, and the hotel quiet. Bad points, my shower leaked and there wasn't enough serving staff for the evening meals, meaning waiting for quite a while to be served, the food was nice though. Worst of all though was this. On check out day, I accidentally left hanging up in the wardrobe in my room '221' a pair of my favourite berghaus trousers, I didn't realise until mid afternoon when I finished my training course. So, I walked back to the hotel all the way from the railway station to collect my forgotten trousers. I rang the bell at reception, the manager came to the desk, she looked in the lost property room, nothing, then went up to the room to look, I wasn't allowed back up to my room as it had been 'cleansed'! She came back down and said that they weren't there. She then tried to insist that I had lost them outside of the hotel somewhere, I said 100% sure I left them hanging up in the wardrobe, I insisted that she had another look, this time she did with another member of staff. Nope, not there. I asked who has been in the room since I left, and I was told the cleaners have. So I said that since they were the only people to have been in the room that they must have my trousers. Manager said, no, they wouldn't have taking them. I had zero option but to leave my number and go. I phoned up several times afterwards asking whether they had been handed in, no, they said they would phone me back. Nothing. I made a complaint to the Premier Inn Feedback email and just got fobbed off. I think the cleaner must have chucked my trousers straight in the bin thinking that I wouldn't come back. So, never ever leave something by accident in your room when checking out as you will never see it again!
"Exceptional Staff"
What an amazing stay from the moment I walked in. I was greeted with a lovely smile from the receptionist she was so bubbly and friendly and even greeted our young grandchildren We were there for a few days visiting the local areas' beds lovely and comfortable and the AC was a must during our stay Food in the Beefeater was amazing and good prices Everyone was so friendly and welcoming even the housekeeping staff will definitely stay again
"Only eat evening meal if you plenty of time"
The rooms were perfect The evening meal at beefeater was lovely food but the service in the restaurant was extremely slow started at 7 left at 9.30 Side orders forgotten had to wait , for dessert had to wait 45 minutes from ordering to being served wasn't even busy ,the waitress didn't appear to want to be there as she was dressed to go at the end of meal Will definitely use the hotel again but would dine elsewhere
