"Very pleasant experience."
Myself and my wife had a Lovely welcome from Jackie and her colleague in reception, confused with booking but sorted it with a great sense of humour, we had a great laugh. Lovely facilities, nice room, pillow was a bit hard for me, but slept well, there was a towels missing in the bathroom, but reception staff on hand to quickly sort it. Great welcome in the bar also from Becks, very pretty and chatty, she served us a lovely meal, and great help from bar staff member McCauley. We Came back late from seeing Diana Ross in town, and Becks still squeezed us in for last orders with a night cap to take to bed, gave us some ice we needed, it was no bother at all for her, fantastic service from a well experienced member of the team. Lots of credit to all. Found a great choice of buffet breakfast, lots of choice as usual, but on this occasion was all too greasy, this was our 4th visit to this hotel and would still come back. Well done to all.
"Great value"
The warm welcome created a good first impression. The room was clean and enough for a family of 4. Great breakfast and free parking. Would revisit.
"Good stopover travelling North from London"
A good standard Premier Inn, conveniently situated near the motorway, so a good stopover on the way North. A quiet comfortable nights sleep. Well appointed room. Wifi worked well. Plenty of free parking ( Don't forget to log in at reception.) Next to tram stop for Nottingham. Restaurant attached with standard breakfast and evening meal.
"Beware of Parking, Excellent Value Hotel Though"
Excellent value for money. Please be careful and add your registration number of car to the machine in reception or you will end up with a fine that you have to appeal. Very poor signs. Breakfast is excellent at the Beefeater, excellent customer service.
"Comfortable modern hotel"
This is a very well situated hotel as it's just across the road from the Phoenix Park tram stop. It is being refurbished at present, but there wasn't any noise from the workmen. Our refurbished room was very clean & the bed extremely comfortable. We couldn't tell if anyone was next door as it was so quiet. The breakfast in the Beefeater next door is reasonably priced & you can have as much as you can eat!
