"Safe and sound"
Two night stay to cover a cricket match at Trent bridge. Staff very friendly and special shout out to Lee who was on a 16 hour shift and 17th day of work
Premises clean and safe but strong smell of drains which cleaner said was a problem. Fan did not work and replaced without a prompt.
Normal good premier inn breakfast though second days was a tad smelly

"Room needs refurbishment!!"
The Room and bathroom need serious refurbishment. The room noisy. The noise emanating from room above, when the other guest was just walking. Staff were very nice, and the service good.

We all know about premier inn and their approach, which is standardised and "does what it says on the tin". But special mention needs to be made about the staff when they perform above and beyond. Angelica at Nottingham south is just such a case, caring, empathetic and efficient in ensuring my father with mobility issues had a suitable room. Thank you Angelica it makes a big difference.

"Very helpful receptionist."
The receptionist, Karen could not have been more helpful. Due to the traffic noise in our first room Karen very kindly swapped rooms to a quieter location in the hotel.
