    "Flood damage"
    Chef Kaci and Host Toni were very pleasant and made us feel very welcome. Kaci was very accomadating with dietry needs, thank you
    "Disappointing"
    Really disappointed, not what I expect from Premier Inn and certainly not like any of the photos. Had a downstairs room at the back and there is a high solid fence a few feet from the building which made the room very dark we had to have the lights on all the time, long grass and nettles had just been cut down between the building and fence. The window was really dirty but all there was out there was fence and nettles there was no light anyway. There were a number of hair grips on the floor, the chair has a stain on it, although there was a fan it was clogged with dust so looked very unhygienic. Breakfast was ok. Glad we had only booked for one night.

    We had a 3 day stay at premier inn in Nottingham very lovely welcome by reception very helpful room was down stairs near reception we heard no noise , beds comfy , clean nice size room , breakfast was lovely and nice food in restaurant next door
    "Dirty room, dirty fans, no AC and"
    No A/C, fans are dirty, so much heath. They gave one towel to 2 adults , carpet and chair so dirty. It seems they gave me room that wasn't used for long.
    "Nice and peaceful with friendly staff"
    Stayed for one night to get my daughter moved into her Uni flat. Lovely warm welcome by the receptionist and check in very quick and straightforward. Went for dinner next door at the Cooper Brook, which is a Greene King and very convenient. Had a great peaceful nights sleep and bed was very comfy. Good power shower and then a lovely tasty breakfast. The Chef Kaci went the extra mile for us and her and her colleague Toni were very friendly. We will return.
