    "A comfortable stay and friendly, helpful staff"
    We spent a very comfortable two nights in 3 rooms for a family party nearby. Parking was free and adequate, the rooms were clean and fresh and the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Special mention must go to Karen on reception and Oscar who was most obliging at breakfast and sorted out our hot food orders really well. We were expecting a buffet for the hot food as well as the pastries etc but having the hot food prepared to order was even nicer. We'll definitely stay again if we are in the area. Premier Inn stays have never let us down. Well done, everyone!
    "Great breakfasts and stay at Nottm "
    We have had wonderful breakfasts freshly prepared by Allyson, Kaci and Kara, the best we have had in Premier Inns recently. Rooms are great just too warm with a lack of ventilation. Parking Great and pub next door also has provided some lovely meals.
    "Like an oven"
    If it's even slightly warm, don't risk it. We booked for 3 nights, had to leave after 1. The room was like an oven. The staff could do nothing about it, as fans just blow hot air about when you are only able to open the windows by an inch (see pic). At 1am, with the temperature outside at 17°C, it was 29°C in the room (see pic). Unbearable and very poor from what we always took to be a reasonable brand.
    "Amazing team and an amazing stay!"
    Definitely will be coming again next year! From checking in, we was greeted by a women called Karen…credit to your hotel. Such a caring, lovely staff. Our room was spotless and Thankyou for the housekeeping while we stayed for 3 nights they made sure we had clean towels and everything we needed during our stay. Breakfast and service there is spot on definitely a great start to your morning. All the team there made sure we had an amazing visit and we definitely did. Thankyou to the whole team including Karen for our visit, see you next year. Nicola x
    "Great breakfast but way too hot in the room! Avoid if you can."
    The "early check-in" service is a great idea as you can (almost?) guarantee that your room is ready prior to the standard check-in time, for a price... however, if your room just happens to be ready ahead of schedule (as the hotel isn't that busy) then being charged the £15 fee for it for when you happen to arrive 45 minutes early is, quite frankly, a rip-off! The rooms were also far too hot so sleep was not good. It seems to be a recognised problem - I only wish I'd read the reviews ahead of booking the room. We won't be heading back there in the future.
