"Worst experience ever whilst visiting a Premier inn."
We booked in on the evening of 30th June,my daughter's wedding being on the 1st July!! My husband is on chemotherapy and the room was 32° all night despite the outdoor temperature being 16°.We had taken our own tower fan at this!! Other members of the wedding party also had rooms with small children,also not able to sleep!! Apparently this as been an isdue for the past 2 years even after undergoing renovations!!! On contacting guest relations tgey could not care less!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!! I have used Premier Inn for 40 years and will now close my account.
My husband was quite poorly with heat exhaustion due to their lack of regard,care and health and safety protocol.
I will be taking this further considering they have a total lack of care.Customers with young children, the elderly and anyone with health problems need to beware and book elsewhere at all costs.

Our recent stay in the Nottingham North (Daybrook Hotel) that was that warm 32C from the moment we stepped in the room to the moment we left even though the outside temperature was 16C my Dad nearly passed out and vomited due to the sheer heat. Staff could do nothing to solve this issue and the windows could not open fully due to safety rails installed. I have never felt so ill and genuinely thought we might both have to go to the local hospital due to heat exhaustion and heatstroke. Anyone with children, elderly family members or anyone concerned with severe heat please do not stay here it is unbareable and it is a wonder it passes a health and safety inspection in this state. Both my Dad and I could not sleep that evening and due to this being the night before my Sisters Wedding this spoiled one of the happiest days of My Dad's life and proudest moments due to sickness from extreme heat whilst staying at this hotel. - Please avoid for your own saftey.

Very friendly professional reception staff welcomed us.
The room was ready when we arrived. It was clean with a kettle and tea and coffee
The bed was very comfortable
The next morning Karen met us in the breakfast room and Allyson cooked us a delicious cooked breakfast
