    "Convenient location."
Great location. There is a tram stop literally outside the hotel, that was so convenient for me with a suitcase. I was able to walk to Victoria Centre from the hotel and I was abe to go to the Arboretum for a stroll in the morning, it is 3 minutes from the hotel.
"Need to update car park camera's then this would be 4 and a half stars"
I got my car vandalised on the hotel car park.and the security cameras so the police told me, need to be upgraded as even if they caught the person who did it, they would not be able to get a good recognisable image. Apart from that the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good as was the bed really comfortable.
    "Mixed review"
Great reception team, very helpful. Downsides - no air con so very hot and poor nights sleep. Also asked for room to be cleaned as 2 night stay. Wasn’t done and rubbish left in dustbin.
    "Good value for money"
Good one night stay which is good value for money for an over night trip for daughters graduation celebration very happy
    "Excellent staff, very clean room."
Stayed here on 28th July, with my family for graduation, everything was great from the check in at reception to service for breakfast, this was only time we ate in the restaurant, we was greeted by the chef, Adam, who explained everything about allergy’s, vegan and veggie products. He was very helpful, he even got us extra drinks for the table whilst we were eating, and came back to check our food was good, I found it very great to see the chef interacting with the customers as we don’t really see this anywhere else, he really goes the extra mile, anybody would be lucky to have him working under them!
