    "Service above and beyond "
    I had an overnight stop here for The Foolhardy Folk Festival. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Jackie helped me with adding an early check in the day before I arrived and gave me advice on parking. A lovely lady, whose name I didn't get, didn't bat an eye when a slightly drunk me asked on Sunday evening, if they were still doing food 5 minutes before the kitchen closed and even checked to see if I wanted dessert. The staff are amazing here. I'm definitely booking here for next year's Foolhardy Folk Festival.

    I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my friends!! Room was super clean and tidy. Check in went smoothly. Liv, Trinity, Seama were so nice and great to chat to. And thank you to Ruby for getting me ice! Jackie was also friendly in the morning.
    "Lovely staff and nice room"
    A really lovely experience at premier inn. Liv and trinity on the desk were so lovely checking us in and looking after us, helping to get us sorted booking rooms close together etc for our group. Room was very clean and a good size. Seama on nights helped us get sorted when coming in late and getting is sorted with ice and cups and cutlery for some food in the room. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thanks!!
    "Lovely stay in Nottingham"
    This is definitely the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed in. Staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times; good team spirit very obvious. We were on the ground floor and experienced NO noise disturbance during our 3 day stay. 5 star cleanliness and room cleaned to a very high standard on request. Breakfasts were a highlight; great quality vegan sausages and vegan bacon cooked to order; lots of other choices available. Didn’t get all the staff names, but credit to all of them, including Adam, Ruby and Liv. Would also recommend the restaurant meals( great value for money) and the lovely Costa conveniently situated within the hotel. Tram stops outside the hotel, which is also within easy walking distance of city centre shops, restaurants. Looking forward to my next visit!
    "Convenient location."
    Great location. There is a tram stop literally outside the hotel, that was so convenient for me with a suitcase. I was able to walk to Victoria Centre from the hotel and I was abe to go to the Arboretum for a stroll in the morning, it is 3 minutes from the hotel.
