"Donovan is the best!"
Donovan the manager is an absolute star! Chatting with him before breakfast, I mentioned I’d left my umbrella at home and how I was not looking forward to sitting in my work event all soggy. Donovan set about rooting through lost property but couldn’t find an umbrella for me. After popping back to my room for my bag and a little pep talk around how it’s only a little rain, I returned to reception, only to see Donovan stood grinning with a brolly! He’d only gone and got his own umbrella for me to borrow for the day! The world needs more Donovan’s for sure, and this Premier Inn should thank their lucky stars that they have him! 😊
"Nice stay"
Check in was smooth, room was clean but kind of small, staff were friendly and seemed to really care about my experience which was nice. Would stay here again but maybe if it was a little cheaper.
"Bad stay"
Don't recommend, parking is way further than it states. When given our key card and went to our room, we found someone already in there! The room had been double booked, luckily there was another room available for us. Then during the night, there was an alarm going off for hours during the early hours of the night. This might be the worst premier inn I've been to.

Stayed here for a business trip, and met all my needs! Swift check in, comfy clean room & really good breakfast! Would recommend and use this hotel for business trips again.

Clean, comfortable and very friendly. We were a group of 8 friends and made very welcome. They also helped with directions around city.
