"Great location"
Fantastic location for the centre of town. Car parks 4 minutes away. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Had a problem with our key cards not working and also remember to pick up extra towels from reception as only 1 set in rooms. Quite expensive though to stay here.

Friendly staff, central location easy to find, within walking distant to most places I need to visit , lots of places to dine out.

Shabby rooms. Rooms in need of decorating. Air con was poor. Staff downstairs have no interest at all. Won't stay again.

Rooms very clean and great value for money! Staff were extremely friendly and gave us some great tips of where to enjoy Nottingham
"Donovan is the best!"
Donovan the manager is an absolute star! Chatting with him before breakfast, I mentioned I’d left my umbrella at home and how I was not looking forward to sitting in my work event all soggy. Donovan set about rooting through lost property but couldn’t find an umbrella for me. After popping back to my room for my bag and a little pep talk around how it’s only a little rain, I returned to reception, only to see Donovan stood grinning with a brolly! He’d only gone and got his own umbrella for me to borrow for the day! The world needs more Donovan’s for sure, and this Premier Inn should thank their lucky stars that they have him! 😊
