Nottingham Castle Marina hotel

Very good service from the staff (Alina and Ben) at Castle Marina, friendly and helpful. Hotel clean and comfortable great location for the city centre and business travel.

Decent location, staff were friendly. Bedroom was ok, bed was confortable, but the room itself not the best. Bathroom also not great, shower didnt drain. Mentioned to reception, and wasnt dealt with while we were out the following day. Overall would be a 2.5/5

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our one night stay in the Nottingham Castle Marina Premier Inn, the rooms were spotless with everything necessary for a comfortable stay provided. After a great nights sleep we decided to go for breakfast, we hadn’t booked and arrived towards the end of the sitting, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming, Ak insisted on arranging for freshly cooked food for us, Kirsty and another member of staff quickly provided a wonderful assortment, the food was delicious and one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had! the service was 5 star, AK and Kirsty were friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to make our experience one we’ll remember for a long time.

Our room was ready for an early 12 noon check in which really was much appreciated. It gave us a chance to have lunch close by before going the watch an ice hockey game. On our return we went to the restaurant within the hotel for some dinner. My husband and I were greeted by 2 very friendly members of staff whose names are Louise and AK who had to regrettably inform us that not all of the items on the menu were available as they hadn’t been delivered. However, they did everything they could to put together the items they did have available to provide a really lovely evening meal for us both. They were both so incredibly accommodating and really went above and beyond to ensure our meal, despite the “menu” situation they found themselves in, was lovely. They really are a credit to the hotel. Thank you both so much ladies.

Lovely stay when attending a show at motorpoint arena. Room was clean and tidy. We stayed in a plus room, the surprise welcome treat of two bags of Cadbury chocolates and two mini bottles of Prosecco was a lovely touch. The hotel is being extended but as we arrived 4pm on a Saturday this didn’t affect us as no workmen on site. Great stay would highly recommend. Mr&Mrs Thomas (34,36)
