      "Wedding guest"
      Receptionist team very friendly and very helpful. Room clean and very comfortable. Air con in the annex very acceptable. Plenty of parking. Busy as a wedding party staying but all staff calm and friendly.

      Friendly reception staff on both shifts good location car parking (for a fee) and food available on site. Room fans need to be quieter and you should book the restaurant.

      This is a Premier Inn, you know what you are getting at the purple palace. The annexe has air con, which is good, because the rooms look out over maccy d's, which is not good. That said, I didn't hear any noise from the drive thru (sic). Paying a fiver for oarking when you arrive is a joke, just add it to the price of the room. Also there is no parking restrictions out side the hotel on the housing estate behind and you will be just as close and probably more secure from break ins targetting hotel guests. The breakfast was buffet, and was all good. The wifi speeds are less than 1 meg. Embarrassing. The ground floor of the annexe had shower cubicles instead of shower over baths which might be helpful for those with mobility issues. The hotel has a KFC and maccys outside, barring that not much around in short walking distance.

      jenny the young receptionist working the desk on Friday was lovely., she was very chatty and provided a lot of usefull information regarding our visit in Newark and where to eat. breakfast next door was great. no aircon! which is crazy in this day and age. car parking not free anymore ... very strange...

      Always use this premier inn as ticks all the boxes of location , cleanliness , value for money and family friendly. Special thanks to Tracey on reception who went above and beyond. Much appreciated and will be back again soon.
