    "Great Experience!"
    The person on reception, Nikki, was really welcoming and very helpful. Plus she was great to deal with. The facilities at the hotel were really good, and great value
    "Fantastic, very helpful receptioness Vikki, nothing was to much trouble."
    Clean room, smelt clean, bedding immaculate, no dust. The hot water wasnt to hot, you didnt need any cold water. Only trouble was no hand rails in bathroom, went next door to local pub for breakfast, kids ate free with 1 paying adult. Plus you pay for parking. And Wifi you pay for, per electronic device.

    We stayed in one of the family rooms for 3 nights. The temperature was unbearable. No heating on, window open, and still the room was too hot. Couldn't bare to stay in the room during the day and didn't sleep well at night due to the heat. A fan was provided, but wasn't effective. 3 nights of terrible sleep, and 3 nights of migraines. Completely ruined the trip and left us physically and mentally drained, and feeling ill.

    Usual high Premier Inn standard The reception team upon our arrival (and throughout our stay) were always smiling and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. All facilities we required were catered for. A free standing electric fan was in the room when we arrived.
    "Value for money"
    Decent room, good value for money. Booking was hassle free. Shame about the parking charges. Great option for breakfast at pub next door(especially if you have kids - they eat free) Disappointed that staff didn’t deal with a noisy room, which continued all Friday night/into early morning.
