"Great stay!"
After a long drive from Northumberland, it was so lovely to be met by such a friendly face at the Premier Inn reception. Vicki was an absolute star and so very helpful with booking us in and with the Parking. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed our food in the beefeater. Would absolutely recommend the hotel and of course Vicki!

Would like to thank Vicki & Jane at the reception desk. My husbsnd is disabled and needs a stick, they changed our room to a a ground floor one, which was close to reception. This really helped us have a comfortable nights stay.

"Scummy bath"
Nice spacious room with opening window (that is a luxury nowadays!)
Room was very hot but a superb fan was supplied and that was very welcome.
On the whole the room was clean and comfortable but the bath was a big let-down. I ran myself a nice warm bath to relax and ease some aches and pains, got it and sat down to find the tub felt horribly scummy and then noticed a pubic hair (most definitely not one of mine!) floating toward me! I had to get out, empty the bath, scrub it using my own flannel (now binned!) and start all over again. NOT the relaxing experience I expected and needed.
