Alnwick hotel

You know what you are getting . Warm welcome , great rooms with plus, great bed and good value for money . Only down side is skittle out of town if you want to go in for evening

Stayed for one night Staff were pleasant and efficient Chose the meal deal which was for evening meal and breakfast One meal included the linguine which turned out to be just a handful of pasta in tomato sauce with two cherry tomatoes costing £13.99 (shockingly over priced) As if that wasn't bad enough we were then told that there was only two options as the other four desserts were not available, so we decided to cancel the meal deal and just pay for what we had and forgo the breakfast The staff gave no apology or offered any alternative except telling us we could have a starter for dessert instead!! Had we been informed of the limited dessert option prior to taking the meal this would have alleviated any disappointment we felt and would have then chosen a different venue for our meal. Its a shame because it has put us off of eating at any premier inn in future. Also the vegetarian options for meals is very limited. Perhaps it would be useful for Premier Inn to address the vegetarian options.

Good location albeit not the prettiest, in an industrial estate. Good atmosphere and beautiful superior plus room which was immaculately clean. Value was ok but getting in touch with Premier to cancel one of the bookings was awful. Noise levels superb, heard nothing inside the hotel or from busy road. All staff were very friendly and helpful.Breakfasts were very tasty but only one girl on cooking duty both mornings wasn’t enough. So all in all would recommend. ps agree pillows are too hard😂

Very clean hotel with great facilities. We had an issue with a mug that shattered in the room dealt with quickly by reception staff. The breakfast had plenty of choice and also for vegetarians my only criticism was cooked breakfast items not very hot as kept warm under lamps so not freshly cooked.

Convenient for town and just off A1, surprisingly quiet despite the busy road behind the hedge. Ample car parking spots and close to local retail park for anything else. No badgers.
