"Good value for money and efficient , friendly staff"
Excellent value for money. Quality breakfast. Attentive staff. Although pre-booked easy-access r wet-room was unavailable, Roxy and Gemma sorted things out....compensated by complementary breakfast

We have stayed at this hotel for approximately 10 years, between 9-10 weekends during the motorsport season. When we checked in today 8th May Soxy the receptionist went into all my future bookings for this year and allocated us one of our favourite rooms đ
Never before have I had such attentive staff at check in. You need more Soxy's in your team. Breakfast is always great, the chef see's us walk in at 7am and straight away puts vegetarian sausages in the oven for my partner. Definitely the best premier inn we stay in. Al and Ang at the green man pub are also amazing with us every evening we eat at our usual table.

Superb, just as expected after several visits here. Welcomed by kasia who was helpful, polite and clearly loves her job. Room was immaculate as usual and breakfast never disappointing. I will.stay again.

After a 4 hour drive to get here we arrived to wait 25 minutes for a room key as their systems were down. To then have to make my own bed as the cleaners never done this. Contacted the customer service department to complain. No good will gesture for doing their job for them just a 'sorry'
Sleep guaranteed after you make your own bed and to wait a long time just to access your room in the first place.
Team will stay elsewhere from now on!

I spend a lot of time travelling for work and this premier inn is definitely a standout!
The customer service was excellent, Wendy at the front desk was a delight, assisting me moving equipment to my room and providing directions on how to safely exit the carpark southbound (the premier inn is on a 70mph A road).
It's always refreshing to see kind and enthusiastic people who clearly take pride in their job. Thanks for making my stay a great one, Wendy!đ
