Great stay! Soxy and Wendy were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to help us with our large booking and made everything run smoothly. They were friendly, professional, and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you both for making our stay such an enjoyable experience. We would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to returning.

"Very friendly, helpful staff"
We recently stayed at the Silverstone premier inn whilst visiting friends in the area, all hotel staff we encountered were extremely friendly and accommodating. We stayed during the heatwave and the rooms were understandably hot but they'd taken steps to make it more comfortable, closed the curtains to stop the sun beaming in, additional fans, sheets for the beds in case we didn't want to use the duvet. All three team members we met (Friday early evening, Saturday later evening before shift change and Sunday morning) we're all friendly and helpful, I genuinely felt bad for them with the grief they were recieving, People are definitely more grumpy in the heat!! The team were trying their best in a tricky situation. The room itself needed a bit of extra love I'd say, needed a good spring clean, it wasn't as clean and others we've stayed in.

I had accidentally double booked a hotel room but luckily there was a wonderful lady called soxy to help out. So grateful she was there sort to the issue, very kind and understanding!
