"Disappointing"
After a 4 hour drive to get here we arrived to wait 25 minutes for a room key as their systems were down. To then have to make my own bed as the cleaners never done this. Contacted the customer service department to complain. No good will gesture for doing their job for them just a 'sorry'
Sleep guaranteed after you make your own bed and to wait a long time just to access your room in the first place.
Team will stay elsewhere from now on!
Disappointing.

I spend a lot of time travelling for work and this premier inn is definitely a standout!
The customer service was excellent, Wendy at the front desk was a delight, assisting me moving equipment to my room and providing directions on how to safely exit the carpark southbound (the premier inn is on a 70mph A road).
It's always refreshing to see kind and enthusiastic people who clearly take pride in their job. Thanks for making my stay a great one, Wendy!đ

"Does what it says on the tin!"
Straight forward hotel, as expected. Rooms are as expected for Premier Inn. Continental breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. Green Man Inn was pleasant for food, prior booking was not required when I stayed. Would stay again.

"Lovely experience apart from the temperature at night"
Soxy was amazing, helped out where needed and nothing seemed to much.
Always with a smile on her face...
Only issue I find is the temperature at night, can get warm in those rooms.. but the fan in the room was better than last year fan we had.
Will be back again next year!
