Northampton West (Harpole) hotel

Only booked for one night, was given a ground floor room which was very small compared to usual Premier Inn rooms, there was nowhere to open a bag / suitcase except on the bed and the bathroom was also very small. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had booked the meal deal and our evening meal was fine but waited a long time for it to arrive. There were only 2 waitresses on and they were lovely but totally rushed off their feet. Breakfast was a disappointment as the breakfast chef was a no show so only the continental selection available so we are now waiting for a refund.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Free carpark, Beefeater pub nextdoor for breakfast and evening meals. Worth doing a meal deal..

Excellent stay at Premier Inn Harpole Northampton! The customer service throughout was outstanding — everyone from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was extremely comfy, giving us a great night’s sleep. The cooked breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, and having parking available made everything even more convenient. A great experience all round — highly recommend and would definitely stay again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of the older Premier Inns waiting for an upgrade, the staff make the visit great. I did have an issue with my shower head - it was changed in an instant. And when the restaurant next door couldnt feed me (not the hotels fault) and I ordered in a pizza, the staff were great, even letting me know I could leave the pizza boxes outside of my door and they would collect it. It wasnt there more than 10 minutes. Special shout out to Kristina - her customer service was second to none. Premier Inn make sure you keep hold of her - she is a good one.

Difficult to find coming from the East. Reception very small. No Lift. Room very small. No comfy chairs and table in room. No bath. Decor needs up grading. Lining in curtains perished so black out doesn't work. Breakfast served in beefeater across the car park. No self Service cooked breakfast you have to order.
