"Staff make all the difference."
One of the older Premier Inns waiting for an upgrade, the staff make the visit great.
I did have an issue with my shower head - it was changed in an instant. And when the restaurant next door couldnt feed me (not the hotels fault) and I ordered in a pizza, the staff were great, even letting me know I could leave the pizza boxes outside of my door and they would collect it. It wasnt there more than 10 minutes.
Special shout out to Kristina - her customer service was second to none. Premier Inn make sure you keep hold of her - she is a good one.

"Grottiest Premier Inn we've ever stayed in."
Difficult to find coming from the East. Reception very small. No Lift. Room very small. No comfy chairs and table in room. No bath. Decor needs up grading. Lining in curtains perished so black out doesn't work.
Breakfast served in beefeater across the car park. No self Service cooked breakfast you have to order.

"Good location & value, excellent staff, could do with a bit of updating."
The location is excellent, very close to access road networks.
It was a quiet and calm hotel and the two staff I saw and spoke with on reception were very friendly, efficient and helpful.
There was plenty of room in the car park. There are two EV chargers although only one is a type two connector.
The reason for 4 and not 5 is there were signs of wear and tear in the room and bathroom. If this is indicative of all rooms I would hope Premier Inn would be planning on a bit of a refresh/repaint of rooms.
But it didn’t spoil my stay and was still good value for money and would have given 4.5 if possible.
Would recommend for a short stay of 1-3 nights for good value accommodation whilst exploring the area or travelling for work.

"Very nice friendly receptionist"
I stay in Premier Inn Harpole Jenny was so friendly and happy to help. Help me book breakfast. Very clean and cosy room.

"Great visit and site"
Great location for access to most major roads but hotel is sited away from road noise . As with all premier inns I have stayed at you get value, cleanliness and great service . Only downside is online says the beefeater next door was closed but was open on my visit . It also has help-full staff and I had a great meal , can recommend going to eat there .
