Northampton West (Harpole) hotel

I rarely write reviews but regularly visit this Premier Inn. The staff here are so friendly yet completely professional. They all make you very welcome. This last stay unfortunately the restaurant next door was closed but they told us well in advance and put on a snack breakfast and some treats without charge. Rooms are always clean, tidy and have all the amenities you expect from Premier Inn. Recommend.

Worst premier inn wecexecer stayed in. Looked like it's never been refurbished and even worse with the abandoned pub next door Bathroom not cleaned properly. Only saving grace was the lovely staff .. otherwise avoid

First impressions room needs a good renovation, carpets felt dirty looking and there were brown marks on the wall. Room was hot but they did provide a big fan which helped a little. Don't expect a restaurant next to the hotel as it is permanently closed. They were very good at communicating this before the stay. Travel cot provided the sheets were clean the travel cot itself needs a good clean. I felt like the room was dirty and needed a good deep clean. The paint on the wall looked like it was all peeling/bubbling off next to the bed. Dirty under the bed. Staff were very friendly though.

Had a great stay at premier inn Harpole after seeing some family. The staff were great! Helping us find a place for dinner after the pub next fort being close. The rooms were lovely and clean. Look forward to staying again. Thank you to the Harpole premier inn for a brilliant time!

Booked here, as I have an early morning pick up at Luton Airport, and it’s a long journey from Yorkshire. I have stayed in many Premier Inns and am always satisfied. The room was clean, and quiet, no complaints there. The lady on reception was very polite and helpful. It is an extremely hot day, and the fan in the room isn’t amazing. I received an email 2 days before to say that the pub, The Turnpike, is permanently closed, so there is no hot food served onsite, and there is no bar. Shame really, as it’s a nice big pub, and I’ve always found the meal deal to be good value. Because of the pub being closed, it feels like the whole place has the air of somewhere on the verge of closing.
