"Excellent Stay"
We often sty at the Premier Inn for the rugby and each time we receive an excellent service. Our latest visit was in October. As usual the rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Brekfast was good. A special thanks to Gail and Gosia for making our stay so enjoyable. Can thoroughly recommend the hotel.
"Great stay, as always"
We are regular, if infrequent, visitors to this hotel and it never disappoints. Great location, easy parking options and invariably friendly and helpful staff. In particular, Gail is always so efficient at check in and, if on duty, great at sorting out breakfast. Gosia ensures that the rooms are always spotless. Would not consider staying anywhere else in Northampton.

Short 1 night stay, but every member of staff who we spoke to were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely spot on too Thank you ☺️
"Always a Warm Welcome"
We are regulars at the Premier Inn Northampton Town Centre but have been away for the summer so this was our first stay for several months. On our arrival we soon received a very warm welcome on our return by Katie the manager and Gosia the head house keeper. They are very busy people but always find time to have a conversation and ask how we are. Our stay was, as usual very comfortable and relaxing. This type of personal touch is ALWAYS appreciated. That’s why we ALWAYS stay here when in Northampton.
"Great experience"
Had a slight issue with the air conditioning in the room but the staff went above and beyond to try and sort the problem. They were really friendly and always on hand. Will definitely be returning. Huge shoutout to Gayle who was so funny and so lovely.

After a busy day exploring the town and its grand architecture, make your way back to Premier Inn Northampton for dinner at Thyme, our on-site restaurant.
