"Unhelpful"
Unhelpful when called for assistance. No option for what they were suggesting in terms of the number you press to get through to the right department and not put through leaving question unanswered. Booked alternative instead.
"Ok hotel"
Room was nice and staff when friendly when I first walked in night staff not so much dont pay for breakfast not worth it also dont let room. Cleaner clean the room was worse after they had come in
"Awful for sleeping soundly"
I had a premier plus room. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for bath and shower. I did ask for a quiet room but was placed next to a family that had no respect for the other guests. Banging a ball at walls and screaming and shouting banging doors and banging about so loudly all night. Needless to say I didn’t sleep untill the early hours and then was woken by the cleaners banging about outside the room at 9 am Until after 12 This was on both of the nights I stayed. I was there to have a rest and catch up with paperwork. I didn’t manage to do much resting though. Wouldn’t stay again due to the fact I asked for a quiet room but was given the worst neighbours. Staff need to understand guests needs a little better. Tv is not smart tv and don’t allow for you to connect own streaming device to it as it’s stuck to the wall. Screen mirroring isn’t working also. Fridge is good and 2 bottles of water stocked. Coffee machine came in handy after little sleep. Towels are big which is nice. The windows don’t open. Air conditioning was working well and the room came with ironing board and iron as well as hair dryer and kettle with tea milk and sugar. You can replenish this yourself from the front desk area. I didn’t use the restaurant but it looks nice and clean and modern.
"Locked out of the Room"
We had a significant issue with access to the room as the batteries in the door lock failed and staff on site were unable to ascertain the correct procedure to resolve this
"Amazing"
Just finished our week stay and I have no other way to describe our stay except AMAZING! Booked 2 separate rooms with interconnecting doors! Both spotless, staff absolutely incredible massive shout out to Lucy for her amazing help in washing our little ones clothes for us so they didn’t stain with us being there for a week! Would recommend to anyone! Incredible every time, also to the head house keeper and to the manager for my little ones free coke for his birthday ! Thank you all
