"No sleep"
Staff extremely friendly which is a shame as unfortunately the night stay was extremely noisy as room backed onto a dual carriageway (approx 8 meters away) not able to get much sleep throughout the night. Sad to say did spoil the weekend

We enjoyed our short stay; the room was lovely and the perfect size for a family of four. The kids, ages 6 & 4, enjoyed the space they had in the room. (Room 8) Are we allowed to request this room if we book again? đ
The staff were helpful and polite when we were checking in and out.
The Chef on Saturday morning, Anna, was lovely, interactive, and so passionate about what she was doing. It made a terrific impression on how you motivate your staff.
A great place to stay and a lovely atmosphere.

Visiting over Easter and have never stayed at this hotel. Feel like a PI connoisseur these days so standard room, actually was a really spacious room - bigger than your average hotel. It was clean and well cared for, free parking too. We were in the other building - so access via a path but it wasnât an issue for us. The best part of the stay was the breakfast though. We were met and served by Anna who was just wonderful and really made our stay go from good to exceptional- what a legend she is and someone I would absolutely be look to hire over your other hotels. Great job Anna - thank you

Emailed ahead and asked if there would be an iron & ironing board in the room. I received a reply saying yes.
I arrived checked in, told where my room was. Went to find my room the corridor smelt of rabbit hutch. I get to my room to find that my key card didnât work so I had to go back to reception to get another 1. I eventually get into my room which was freezing even after I put the heating on full. The bed was so u comfortable and I didnât sleep all night. Not a great experience
