"Rooms are 'Hotter than Satan's Kitchen'"
This hotel should look at a way of cooling the rooms during the current heatwave. There was no aircon, just a fan which was useless. It was so hot it was difficult to breathe. Unbearable!! We ended up trying to cool down under a cold shower. You can't expect people to sleep in these rooms. It must be a health and safety issue, especially for older people like ourselves. We checked in after midnight in the early hours of Saturday morning due to having a puncture and not being able to travel the 80 miles home. Although the website accepted our Friday night stay, the receptionist insisted we would need to wait until 3pm as it was a Saturday booking. Eventually he relented and changed the date. However, we were still charged the Saturday night rate which is double the Friday night.

"Comfy Stay With No Drama"
I stay in hotels frequently for work and as the advert says "you know what you're getting with a Premier Inn". This one has a handy location, plenty of parking, and top-tier staff. It's my go-to when I'm in the Kettering area.

"Premier Inn Kettering hotel"
Very friendly, professional and helpful staff, especially the ladies at reception, who were extremely helpful and accommodating to the guests. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

"Outstanding Customer Service"
I had a really great stay at this hotel, and I want to say a big thank you to Inga at reception. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. Her positive attitude and excellent service made my stay even better. Thank you, Inga—you’re amazing!

"Zero stars as appalling treatment of veteran with spinal injuries"
Zero stars - appalling treatment of a British veteran with no compassion for disability when providing feedback on issues with room.
My partner and I stayed at the Premier Inn in Kettering and had a room for somebody with mobility issues / disability booked. The room was spacious and there was a wet room. So far so good.
The rest was just horrible with a bed that was not suitable for somebody with a spinal injury or in a wheelchair. The shower in the bathroom was broken so that water rushed out of the hosepipe and the shower head. We had booked our breakfast the night before only to be told in the morning that they had run out of food and so no breakfast was available.
Staff at reception desk were nice but only referred us to customer service to complain after the fact which we did with two emails full of "I appreciate, I appreciate, sorry sorry but after reviewing it is what it is..." That's simply not good enough as somebody else who is, like my partner, in pain and cannot sleep and therefore cannot continue their journey as planned.
A refund would have been appropriate but it seems that a British veteran with a spinal injury from line of duty is only worth being treated like a third class citizen. Appalling!
