Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and in the restaurant. Clean and spacious room. Only an 8 min drive into York centre.

Good clean room! Visit marred by arriving early (2hrs before check in time of 3pm) Was asked to pay additional charge of £15 to enter room before 3pm. I waited 2hrs.

"Great hotel, fabulous staff."
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this Premier Inn. It is very convenient location for getting into York, or the Outlet Mall for the park and ride. Ample parking facilities. Reception staff very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. All the staff were lovely. Restaurant is good size and the food for breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. Main meals were also very nice and the desserts were fantastic. Would definately stay again.

"Can't fault it"
Our first stay in a Premier Inn, but won't be our last.
The check-in was quick and efficient. I was most impressed to find they have toilets in reception, a necessity after a long journey!
The corridor to the room was cool (not suprised as heating is so expensive!) but our room, and all public rooms very nice and warm.
We were in an accessible room on the ground floor (Room 5). It was very clean and comfortable. Not at all noisy despite being fairly close to a busy road. Good sized tv with a remote that is easy to use! Free wi-fi excellent and easy to pick up.
The huge bed was very comfortable, and bathroom had everything I needed.
We opted for the meal deal which was brilliant. Really good selection with generous portions. Breakfast had a great selection, including mixed fresh fruit. All hot food was made to order, was well presented and tasted excellent.
