"Solid premier inn experience"
We stayed here for our family trip to York and to see relatives. It’s located a short drive to the park and ride which is ideal for getting into York. The location is also supplemented by a McDonald’s and Starbucks in walking distance.
The hotel was used by a range of guests but had a good atmosphere and generally very quiet at night.
The rooms were the usual for a premier inn. A little tired but for what we paid was very good.
Overall I’d definitely stay there again and I thought really good value for what you get.

"Disappointed"
We usually find a stay at a Premier Inn reliable but unfortunately this one was really disappointing. We had to wait for an hour and a half from ordering for dinner and then one meal was cold (despite it being quiet there). The breakfast was order at table not buffet, which is fine in itself but the order came wrong/was over and under cooked. The waiting staff were friendly and polite though. It's not a very nice location on the main road but we knew that before we booked to be fair, but it was a bit loud near the road and the rooms and corridors smelled a musty.
Overall it was just disappointing.

Loved this Premier Inn. Rooms were lovely!
Great location to explore York with good access to Park and Ride.
What to do a shout out to Sue who works there! Lovely lady, really engaged with our 6 year old son and really friendly and helpful! We’ll be sad to see her leave.

"Not so Premier"
A basic Premier Inn. Unfortunately not much Premier, but the price. Located as part of a motorway services. Warm welcome but hotel needs work and modernisation. Staff appeared overworked which may explain why some appeared unhappy working there. We used it for 3 nights stay, and would not book here again. As a regular user of Premier Inn this is one of the lower grade ones.

Excellent location for Tadcaster. Clean rooms and easy parking. Good air conditioning. Overall a pleasant stay and comfortable bed
