York North hotel

The greeting from the young lady on the reception was lovely. Very polite. Knowledgeable and pleasant. The room was lovely just right and I was very pleased to see it had a window that actually opened. 😁 The breakfast was nice all set out well. I must say that the decor was really nice.it was nice & quiet even with the pub call the door mouse across the way. All in all we had a very good stay and will certainly book again.

Comfortable beds, quality sheets and pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also had great cooked breakfasts! For a budget hotel, you can always rely on a Premier Inn.

Parking on site was welcome. Clean and comfortable as expected. Breakfast was particularly good as they served Greek yoghurt in a bowl, not just small pots. The fresh fruit was also nicer than usual places. As always, staff lovely , helpful and friendly.

Great hotel, front of house Mgr really on the ball, nothing is too much trouble , all staff very helpful. Breakfast good quality will definately choose this hotel again

This is my 3rd visit to this hotel and I can't fault it. Just outside the city centre in a quiet residential area there is a lovely pub next door called The Dormouse that serves quality food and drinks with a lovely outdoor setting. Both the pub and the hotel have been refurbished - they are not affiliated with each other. The rooms and ensuites have been refitted to a high standard. This hotel also has its own breakfast eatery all made to order - you can't fault the quality/choice and they cater for vegan/vegetarians too which is great. Overall, its modern, clean, quiet, ample parking and just a short taxi, car or bus ride into the city. The bus stop is just across the road and you get can an all day ticket, buses are very frequent. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. During the exception hot whether chilled bottled water was provided which is a really nice thoughtful touch. Keep up the fantastic work.
