York North West hotel

I went with my mum for a short weekend getaway to York, as we were going to the Doll House Exhibition at York Race Course on the Sunday. My mum is in crutches, and the staff at Premier Inn couldn't do enough for her and me. There was a lift which was a huge relief as my mum relies on things like that for her mobility. The room was spotless, the building was secure and everyone was friendly. It was a really good deal, I felt, from Friday night to Sunday morning. Value was great. The noise level was none existent, and even with the hotel at the side of a motorway, we didn't feel disturbed at all which is great. The location was perfect. By car, I think it was 10-15 minutes to the center of York. Really friendly atmosphere. Amenities were great, vending machine downstairs was useful when we required water ASAP!

Good location on outskirts of York. Comfortable room but had issues with "Fruity-Smoking" below my window. Water pressure for the shower was below expectations and not normal "Premier" quality. Room not cleaned or towels changed despite request. But comfy bed. Shout out to Beefeater for excellent quality Steak on the evening and th great breakfast buffet.

Lovely hotel but no storage, which I understand if staying for 1 night but for 3 nights, a couple of drawers and more than 5 hangers for 2 of us would be good. Lovely pub with reasonably priced drinks.

Great friendly staff who were very helpful, the rooms have no aor conditioning and get very hot. Great location for family adventures and trips to York whilst missing the city center traffic, close to shops and restaurants ideal location. I would of scored higher if it was not for the hot rooms making for hard night

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and warm. The bath was easy to access for a bath and shower. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Easy walk to two separated restaurant
