"Comic and awful at the same time"
If you want to experience real life fawlty towers- this is it! But instead of manuel, they have Matt from York! Whilst the rooms are what you expect from a Premier Inn and the beds are comfy, everything else is nuts- esp the breakfast, checking and the restaurant/bar. Please note they only have 1 wine glass in the bar/restaurant ! Oh and the food is bad and SO expensive
"Disappointed with a dirty hotel"
Great location but just a dirty hotel. Filthy bathroom and mould all over, sticky floor in the bar and restaurant area. Just tired and unloved. No one there seems to care. The staff were mixed. Not very friendly on reception. One lovely person serving breakfast all on her own and no one was keeping up with the demand. Really disappointing.
"A good stay but, boy, that breakfast experience needs to improve!"
A good 3 nights stay in comfortable twin bedded room. The staff were welcoming, room clean with good facilities. BUT, like Telford Central earlier this year, a lack of staff at breakfast meant many used and uncleared tables resulting in difficulties finding somewhere clean to sit to eat. Would definitely use Premier again but would hope for a better breakfast experience!
"Extremely poor. Avoid."
Common areas (lift, reception, corridors) pretty filthy. Staff clueless or non existent - waited 10 minutes for someone to appear in the bar/restaurant). No sign of any management - receptionist couldn't even name the manager, let alone provide contact details. Chaotic.
"Need to be better prepared"
Have been staying in premier inn blossom north from past 2 days. Yesterday there was no fish and chips and today no tomato sauce so no pizza or pasta could be served in dinner. as a restaurant, these ingredients should be in stock and you should be well prepared for any customers.
