"Dirty rooms."
Dirty rooms never been cleaned properly in months! Dust on light fittings, black mold around windows, stains on carpet , rusty shower screen, totally disgusting hygiene standards.
"Great stay"
Even though the lift was broken when we first arrived and myself and my friend were on the top floor and at being in our 70s was not an easy climb we were shown another room on the ground floor which was not as nice so we decided to stay put until the lift was repaired the next day and the staff took all our belongings upstairs for us.The room was basic but catered for all our needs and was very clean, the beds are always great at premier inns.It is in an ideal spot just a 5 to 10 minute walk from the centre. There are bus stops right outside the door and plenty of taxis or an open top bus to show you all the sights. The restaurant was owned by premier and their meal deals were brilliant, a breakfast and a 2 course evening meal plus a drink for just over £28 was excellent. The food was very good .The staff were so helpful and cheerful which helped to make our stay so good. The rooms could do with a chest of drawers or a decent bedside table but nothing drastic,I suppose they mainly cater for short stay customers but it was perfect for what we wanted for 3 days.Be sure to check out the cinema next door as it was out of this world with couches and armchairs and a table plus waitress service. We are hoping to go back ion December with our Husbands as we had such a good time.
""
Very disappointed with my stay of 4 nights there was 3 adults and 2 chiildren.Firstly we had 2 rooms booked and they were on separate floors they were booked well in advance. The common area were not very clean even a!though the rooms were ok,only thing I did not agree with you had to ask if you wanted your room cleaned. Unfortunately we had booked meal deals. On most nights we had to wait for an hour for our staters,we got an apology one night, but mains took a long while to arrive. The breakfast on 2 mornings at 08:00 they had no croissants,my grandson was the only thing he wanted,Did ask one of the staff but no-one got back to me. One day we had to hunt for someone to serve a drink at the bar. I have been to this establishment on many occasions and it was perfect hence the reason we went back but not again. Will still use Premier inn in my hometown for overnight stays
"poor standards. no wifi. Small old TV no pillow menu!!"
poor standards. old and worn decor. NO WIFI. ROOM 2022 couldn’t get signal at all. Rusty lamp and one sacked of rubbish nescafe, who drink this coffee anymore???? Basic Non smart TV. didn’t choose breakfast as the place was so run down i didn’t want to eat there.
"School reunion"
Went to the Premier Inn for a recent school reunion and the staff were excellent. The buffet was delicious and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
