"Computerized systems not working."
Internet advance check in not working. Tablet check in at reception desk not working. Reception staff missing. Therefore you'll need to give extra time to get checked in. P.s. coffee machine in room not working.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Premier Inn Thirsk and we'll be back. Have stayed there before and always feel at home there.
"Expensive"
Lovely stay and great staff above and beyond, but the only problem i have is the prices ? Disgustin- 2 x small bottles of coke - £3:50 each Half a larger - £5:00 That is absouletly disgusting prices and Premier Inn need to charge this. I wont stay here again paying these prices
"Kitchen staff a disaster"
If you're just looking for a base then this hotel does the job. Customer service from the young lad serving in the restaurant was great. However very under resourced for a busy Thursday evening. Kitchen staff were unfriendly, inexperienced and looked like they hated working there. Dinner was the worse we have experienced ever. Chips were spilt on the food counter where they had missed plates and dumped back on. The garnish was one brown piece of lettuce and hygiene questionable. Strongly advise you book a table elsewhere.
"Great stay race days"
Very clean and tidy, comfy bed courteous staff, and super breakfast bar. Easy access into the lovely Market Town of thirsk, with its shops, bars, and eateries. Plenty of parking, great short stay hotel. Great for race days.
