"Couldn’t find a better place to stay."
The room was great, very large with a nice view.A desk so I could work a bit.All in all I loved my time in Scarborough and have no qualms about returning soon.

Comfortable rooms and useful lift inside the Inn, long corridors. Very noisy traffic woke us up at 5am. The lift within the attached Brewers Fayre has still not been fixed from over 1yr ago meaning that we had to take the long route up a hill from a carpark ( £12 fpr 12 hrs ) across a busy main rd and around a corner to get into premier inn from the other entrance an a precinct each day, access across the road is dangerous as the entrance from one side of the road is not opposite another levelled pavement and instead several metres away up the main road. Also the top floor level at Brewers Fayre was always blocked by heavy equipment designed to prevent entry to the upper level from the entrance to the premier inn but needed to be moved by ourselves each time we went down for a meal as we couldn't use the broken lift access to get downstairs. ( l did point this out to Brewers fayre and requested that the entry be left open in the morning..the message wasn't passed on ) Still was a nice meal and a happy stay generally.
"Lovely hotel, great location!"
Stayed here for two nights with family as a base for our first trip to Flamingo Land. Hotel is everything you’d expect from a Premier Inn - comfy rooms, clean, you know what you’re getting! Town centre location, close to the beach and shops. No dedicated car park but we had no problem finding space at the car park directly opposite - Falconers Road car park. Had heard that the multi-storey car park opposite was a bit tight for big cars, so avoided that one! Downsides are the buildings around the hotel are in a poor state (some clearly derelict) and we didn’t have the nicest view out of our room.

I had a really nice experience staying at this hotel. It was my birthday and they left a wow in the room for me which made it really special. Thank you for everything, the stay was great.
"Very let down compared to other Premier Inns"
This hotel has good reception staff especially Caitlin who turned out to be very helpful when trying to reserve a table in the hotel Restaurant we booked for five nights and opted for the meal deal for the duration of our stay which is promoted by the hotel, staff on evening meal very good especially Sofia, breakfast staff terrible one in paticular (Rachael) who took no notice of us when we said we had our table reserved she actually laughed in our face, we asked to see the manager Zac who didn't even listen to us, as Premier Inns are usually our first choice to stay unfortunately we will not be staying at this one again.
