    "Great experience, excellent staff, brilliant location."
    Had a thoroughly excellent time at this hotel. It was right next to Alpamare and the lake which were our main reasons for coming. Staff were extremely friendly and willing to help. Food was great and we all had a lovely time.

    Dirty room,dirty bar/dining room and dirty plates and cutlery.Staff were not helpful.Told them twice about cleaning the room but never happened.We have stayed at various Premier Inns before but we will not be returning to this one.Very disappointed

    Fairly good Rooms upstairs are noisy if others jump you can hear it downstairs can hear it. Not enough tables at breakfast so go before 10am

    Probably the worst hotel stay ive ever had. Dont like writing this as its the first poor experience we have had in a premier inn. First problem was I booked a family room for me and my daughter but only the double bed was made up (this isnt a big problem as she is only 6), second, (not hotels fault) but i think we must have had a hippo on the room above (401) as never heard footsteps like it all night backwards and forwards, the main problem was the disgusting breakfast (charged at an extra rate), runny half cooked eggs, stale dry bread, raw uncooked black pudding and probably the worst coffee ive ever had. Will be a while before we stay in a premier inn again if this is what they are like now.

    Fab hotel good air con needed for combating the very hot evenings ,staff fabulous efficient and friendly, accommodation excellent and clean, bed superb very comfortable only negative was items from breakfast need to be kept hotter beans, hash browns, mushrooms were lukewarm not really enjoyable because of this - scrambled eggs were perfect however
