"So helpful when our plans went wrong!!"
I can't rate this hotel high enough. We were booked in for 3pm check in, our plans changed for work and I called the hotel to see if we could get an earlier check in and they couldn't have been more helpful, we actually arrived at 7am and 2 of our party ( 1 adult and 1 child) went for breakfast in the restaurant to wait and then the staff informed them when the room was ready which meant they didn't have to wander round Middlesbrough with their cases. Fantastic Customer Service. Oh and I'm told the breakfast was excellent too.

I loved my quiet room on my return visit last Fri to Monday. Jillian the chef gave me a great breakfast and Bella front of house was attentive. I love this hotel.

Stayed at Premier Inn Middlesborough Town Centre for two nights. Good location, near to Train Station. Went to Whitby for the day, absolutely loved it. Just wanted to give a shout out to two members of staff who were exceptional, Jillian (the chef) and Bella (front of house) ladies your customer service was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. If Premier Inn have Employee’s of The Month you girlies 100% deserve this.

"Everything you'd expect from Premier Inn"
Clean comfortable room, air con was very well received at the end of a very hot week! Annoyed that the car park is now an extra charge though £9.30 per night is a bit steep too!

Greeted on arrival by 6 members of staff smoking at the front doors despite having their own designated smoking area at the back of the hotel in the car park.
Check-in was efficient, not sure why we had to declare my name as an "additional guest" when the room was already booked for 2. No second key card which meant my disabled husband had to be plunged into darkness every time I had to go to the ground floor (as the key card operates the lift up). Room was clean and comfortable. Shower curtain not long enough in the bath which meant water went all over the floor. Also, only one set of towels, as if they were only expecting one person staying. Reception did give me more on asking, but I feel this should have been done on preparing the room.
Decent night sleep, no external disruptions.
Breakfast was traditional Premier Inn buffet style which set me up for the day.
