"Okay for a room"
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and bed. Down side outside of the building was egged, rats outside building in the morning and the car park is a extra £8 a night
"Night before the race 🏁"
Went here prior to participating in the British 24 hours at Teesside Autodrome. Was ideal, good rooms, good food and friendly staff. Many thanks.
"Poor"
Windows don't open so years of dust in room, disgusting. Beds v uncomfortable. Ended up leaving early as couldnt stay another night.
"Clean and comfortable!"
Excellent location! Friendly staff. Rooms a little tired although upgrade to a superior room an option. Breakfast could run a little smoother. Value for money and beds comfy as always.
"Won't be back sadly as many good things here"
Durin5our stay we spent well over £100 on food and drinks, in addition to the nights stay. The food in the evening was very good indeed, as wee the 2 very professional ladies on duty. Cocktails were absolutely brilliant. The room was clean and the black out curtains fantastic, we had a really good night's sleep. Also very quiet despite it being busy. Shower really powerful and bathroom spotless. Parking also easy to get sorted. However at breakfast I was told I had booked a contenential, which I never do so said OK well have breakfast then pay any extra (£4). This wasn't acceptable, I was literally chased round the breakfast room by a member of staff telling me I must pay or couldn't eat (Husband already sat down eating). I again said please can I get the £4 once we've enjoyed our food but no. My Husband went up to the top floor for his wallet and paid. Not good at all appalling customer service left me shaken and really with a bad taste after having relaxed the previous evening and night. I intend to take it further as it really spoilt my trip. Won't be back.
