"Excellent all round."
Really well situated hotel for city centre but accessed easily from A19/A66. On site car parking easy to access and pay for (remember to park in a blue bay). All the facilities and comforts associated with Premier Inns with addition of extremely helpful and hard working staff team! oh and the food was good too.

Vicky and Kirsty were a great team! The electronic check in systems went down due to an outage in the area just before check in time. This didn’t stop Vicky and Kirsty making every effort to check people in smoothly and quickly! Great customer service received! Will definetly be back! Great value for money and the staff are warm and friendly. X

Great stay, great sleep, great breakfast! Jillian was lovely at breakfast. Would stay again. Nice firm bed and clean room

Good solid choice of hotel. Friendly staff, great room and excellent Premier Inn breakfast. Pros: * Friendly check-in * Good-sized room * Fresh coffee * Fridge * Comfortable bed and super duvet * Freeview with all channels * Plenty of power sockets including both sides of bed and desk * Good consistent WiFi * Good sized bathroom with tub and shower * Great choice of English and Continental breakfast * Short walk to railway station Cons: * No laptop safe in room * Dinner soul-less and too many unavailable items; I was never asked if I wanted dessert
"Okay for a room"
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and bed. Down side outside of the building was egged, rats outside building in the morning and the car park is a extra £8 a night
