"Good Overnight Stay in a Comfy Bed"
The service was friendly; the room was immaculate; the bed was comfy. Sadly, the restaurant was closed and the lifts were out of action (not a problem for me as I like to use the stairs anyway). However, the staff laid on complementary tea, coffee and pastries - very nice!
"Weekend visit"
Very friendly welcoming and helpful. Room were very clean and comfortable. Overall a very pleasant hotel to stay at. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby
"Employ more staff"
The constant short staffing with PI makes for a frustrating delay in all aspects of service. You can not expect 2 people to staff the front desk. Bar. Maitre de. Bar tender and server. Impossible situation for those workers and the result is as expected. Unacceptable.

Constant noise of fan in bathroom Unable to switch it off AC not great, room hot during the night. Unable to open windows for fresh air AC fan noisy

Great stay. No problems, everything ran smoothly as you’d expect from a Premier Inn. Good location. Would recommend 100%
