Such an enjoyable stay Kelly on reception is an absolute credit to the company. Warm, Welcoming, Friendly and Informative . Nothing was too much trouble and in the morning was eager to find out how our stay and activities had gone Will definitely be back when next working in the area!

Spots of dried blood on the duvet cover! Didn't notice until late and had little hope do getting it changed then. We managed to turn it around and fold it away but yuck! Getting really fed up of Premier Inn continually hiking up prices and cutting services and provisions. Before covid, there were biscuits on the tea tray and an assortment of teas. The biscuits soon went. Not sure why this was affected by a virus and certainly no excuse now. We stay here as it's convenient for an appointment but this last time I noticed that thry have now cut out any provision of herbal teabags. Pg tips or coffee. That's your choice. Honestly, it's ridiculous. They used to be great value for money, always clean and you knew what you were getting. There's one in Fulham where the roof is practically falling in so they can't use the top floor. The one in Shrewsbury looks all rough and closed up but no, it's functioning. The Leeds Airport one a friend recently stayed in has absolutely no leatherette left on the seating in the restaurant. It looks absolutely rank!. They need to start doing something to gain their reputation back! Hiking prices for soiled linen and furniture that shoud be in the bin is not the way to do it. We always used to stay with them when we did trips but it's a last resort now.
