Norwich Nelson City Centre hotel

Rooms was discusting. Bathroom bath when you run the water all black bits come from the plug socket and tap. Also had no towels Kettle was full of lime scale. Really bad smell in the room. Landing smelled like gone off milk wasn’t value for the money Had 2 move rooms 3 times in 1 day. Disgusting 2 be honest. Wouldn’t come here again

Lift broken for most of our stay and stair system confusing so ended up carrying baby equipment backwards and forwards. Unsure why a family would be put in that part of the hotel. Room was shabby but comfy bed. Bathroom smelled funny and shower had a leak at the top so stuff on the other side of the shower curtain got wet. Soundproofing not good, could hear someone going for a wee on the other side of the wall. Aircon super old so basically pointless and room was quite hot. Long queue to check in. Hotel is not in a great location, unless you need to be in that specific area or wont be in the hotel much, I would look elsewhere.

Rooms and bathrooms needs renovation! Bathroom felt like being in hospital rather then hotel. Bathroom especially.. TV wasn't working properly, very blurry..made my eyes hurt. Beds and pillows comfortable. Rooms clean. Breakfast ok but i expected more choices and also lots of things were cold. Definitely + for checking out at 12:00

We have been to this hotel many times and always had a good stay. This time unfortunately we had to ask for our room to be changed due to the room being below the standard we have had at this hotel previously. It was old and dated with mouldy areas in the bathroom and in need of a major overhaul. Even the bed didnt look like the usual comfortable ones. We went straight back to reception and this is where we experienced very good customer service and were given another room which was much better and more in line with what we have come to expect from Premier Inn. It was clean and quiet and we had a view of the river which was lovely. Thank you to the receptionist whose name I never got for swapping our room. We were there to celebrate our 5th Anniversary and had a great weekend in Norwich. I forgot my mobile phone charger in the room and thanks to Sherralin, she left it in reception for us to pick up when we were in the area a week later. She also sorted the parking so that we could collect the charger without fear of getting a ticket. Very good customer service from all the staff we came into contact with.

I had a very warm welcome from Tracey Shell was always very helpful and pleasant throughout my stay Everyone I met were always smiling and very helpful The Hotel is just a short walk to and from the Norwich railway station Bus stop close by for buses to the City etc' as I dont drive I had a lovely Premier Plus room No. 233 A lovely comfortable bed A lovely balcony Lovely hot water in the bathroom Lovely breakfast each morning Very quiet at night, no slamming of doors etc I did pay extra for an 11 am entrance to my room but on arrival at approx 11 30 I was informed that my room may not be available until approx 12 45 I was able to leave my luggage in a safe plce with a claim ticket I then walked along the riversde to Wetherspoons for an early lunch and then was able to enter my room 233 at approx 1245
